Gostamos demais da pousada. Ficamos num quarto enorme. O chuveiro com os itens de banho era ótimo. Não dava vontade de sair do banho. O café da manhã era muito farto. Tinha tudo o necessário. Muito bom mesmo. A equipe também era muito boa. Fora a localização privilegiada bem no centro histórico ao lado dos restaurantes top. Recomendamos demais a pousada!

A pousada é agradável e bem localizada no centro histórico. Escolhi a suíte Imperial que de Imperial não tem nada a não ser o tamanho um pouco maior. Não vale a pena pelo que se paga a mais que o apto standard. O preço da bebidas e lanches na pousada chega a ser extorsivo. Os funcionários são atenciosos e educados.

Ficamos duas noites na master suite para o festival de jazz. Quarto muito confortável, silencioso e o café da manhã farto e variado. Equipe do hotel muito atenciosa e cortês. Alem do late check out as 15h, possibilitaram deixar o automóvel no estacionamento do hotel mesmo após a nossa saida. Certamente voltaremos e recomendamos

A pousada é super bem Localizada, em um Prédio histórico , bem decorado e super aconchegante. Café da manhã delicioso, daqueles que vc quer demorar por lá. Funcionários muuuito prestativos! Tivemos uma excelente experiência e boas memórias vamos guardar .

J’ai été très agréablement surpris par les infrastructures de cette Pussada (le jacuzzi est très chouette au bord de la piscine) Le wi-fi dans la chambre est correct, la climatisation fonctionne bien; petite réserve cependant sur la qualité de la literie (qui est un peu dure)

Pousada maravilhosa, estilo colonial, quarto amplo, cama e travesseiros confortáveis, atendimento excelente de todos funcionários, café variado, muitas delícias doces e salgadas, inclusive tapioca feita na hora. Local privilegiado, sem barulho e no centro histórico de Paraty. Muito acolhedores, pousada de alto astral. Sinta-se em casa! Super indico!

SUB-STANDARD: When booking the room, the standard option does not have photos of the bathroom, leading us to believe that the photos in the generic portfolio are real photos of all the bathrooms. FACT: The bathrooms in the standard rooms are disgusting. Broken, stained and crooked tiles, moldy grout between tiles, outdated and generally a grubby feel. When we complained and showed the manager how misleading the photos were, she shrugged her shoulders and said: There's nothing I can do, We are fully booked. I'll tell the marketing team to do better. We booked this hotel/pousada based on the photos of the bathroom.
