It's in a great location. On the outer skirts away from noise and pollution ..hotel is at a good standard too...service could've been better regarding the care and convenience of their customers.

The hotel is decent located in quiet place
near to city and midc
food quality is nice and menu items are served in time and are tasty. Beds are of good quality
wifi provision is good. Parking is on road side and not inside hotel campus.

I recently stayed at the fern residency hotel and had an exceptional experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the amenities were good. The hotel's location was in MIDC, quite surrounding. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Parbhani.

One of the best hotel in the vicinity if you re in Parbhani or wanting to take Darshan of Shri Aundha Nagnathji or Parli Vaidynathji , this is the only choice. Staff is very humble and co-operative, Large Room and decent quality of room. Only drawback- Food taste is below average. Puri- Bhaji - Tasteless watery Bhaji Hakka Noodle- Sub standard Any Panner Vegetable- Taste is just average. Poha- Tasteless Dosa - As Thick as Roti Corn and Peas Saute- Has only corns Butter milk - Curd is too tangy, not even worth making Kadhi So my friend, food is sub optimal. Shame on you Fern..

I found property in makemytrip. Com app and booked for short stay. The amenities are good except bath towels. The breakfast also very good and nice service at restaurant. The lobby persons are very good response if you need anything.

The location is in an industrial zone midc there are no signs to the place and the road is tough to get through without gps. The staff speaks only hindi. The elevators 2 in total were not working
the room was large but very poor quality fittings in bathroom the mirror etc were corroded and rusted. There were no toiletries in the room all they has was 1 towel looked filthy and 2 refilled tiny shower gel. Toilet paper was just i turn and the jet spray was not working properly. The breakfast is vegetarian only and poor choice. Pathetic experience will never ever revisit. I even doubt this is really a fern property. Poor management and even poorer service. The guy at the reception actually gave me attitude harassed me and insulted me.
