Half an hour from airport but a bit far from old town.
The beach was nice with relevant facilities.
However, this hotel is a bit old especially inside the room. Highly doubt if this is really worth 5 stars.

Wonderful hotel on the outskirts of Limassol.It takes around 50 mins on the bus to get to the downtown.Overalll experience is very good.Great breakfast,loads of choice

Amazing if you just want to relax by the pool or beach. Much better than expected. Images don’t really do it justice. Service at the beach restaurant a bit slow though.

Nice hotel, great location, spacious and clean rooms. There are questions about serving food in the restaurant, and the buffet is not very varied. I would not recommend taking full meals other than breakfast.

The rooms are clean and well-equipped, and the service is warm and thoughtful. The airport to Ballymassol line has a stop at the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel's swimming pool is great, and the garden leads directly to the beach. Some of the beach chairs are under the palm trees so they won't get too hot. The shadows of the trees are dancing and it's very comfortable. Food prices are moderate and acceptable. Overall very satisfied.

Trully amazing experience. Beautiful hotel freshly renovated. Warm and helpful staff ( Yannis server simply best of the best) and great animation team that kept kids and adult entertained. Food and dining simply incredible. We had high expectations going there and all were exceeded. Worth every penny and this is the type of place you want to come back

We had an amazing time at this great hotel. Not only were the staff extremely professional and efficient, they were also incredibly warm and open, which added so much to the experience. We enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer, and a special shout out to Sofia from the entertainment staff and to the head of Guest Relations, who both made our stay particularly memorable.

We were there on a week all inclusive holyday organised by TUI. All was excellent for a hole stay! Some details :) there we go: - restaurants - real 5star food, very wide variety (meat beef, lamb, pork, chicken or fish - every day different dish, seafood salads, fresh salads, fruits, lovely pies, cheesekakes - with edible gold or silver elements ! , local sweets halvas and event GLUTEN and LACTOSE free buffet. Staff very helpful, cheerful with good sense of humor (Nicola - 6stars!) - beach - lovely, sandy, peaceful beach (towels, sunbeds, umbrellas included) - rooms - good size, cleaned regularly, good AC - entertainment - there was a team of young people (Remarc Internationl - Sofia, Raphael - 6 stars!) organising morning stretching, activities in the swimming pool, evening shows, karaoke taking care of the kids. Live music every evening (good singers, pop, rock classics but also ethnic greek or even kind of jazzy stuff). - local trips - there is ald town in Limassol to visit in few hours, sea coast attractions and even decent hight mountains (1h drive by car away) We were looking for a quiet hotel with sandy beach and good food - all ticket!

We were placed in the Grand Resort following a cancellation of our flight, the hotel staff were amazing especially Ariadue and Stelios on concierge, they couldn’t help us enough and were so friendly and informative. The hotel itself is beautiful and we would be delighted to visit again in the future. Thank you so much for making a difficult time so much easier.

The resort itself was nice but there was one staff member that was absolutely amazing with her customer service and joyfulness. Her name was Sortilaula. She was so kind and so friendly and really made our experience and our trip to Cyprus amazing!

Where do we begin. Great location and beach was so nice .................sad to have stayed only 2 nights but will be back very very soon. Hopefully soo ner than later -.......... check out the sushi on the main level. Very tasty and filling so gooodddd

This hotel was a really good getaway. if you are looking for good service and a property that allows you to relax, then I suggest this hotel.... Its obvious that the management team leads by example and was very helpful in enhancing our experience. I had the pleasure to chat with the GM a couple of times and assured him of my return. This vacay was a gift from my wife and was much needed. She choose a great place to spend my birthday.

Fantastic Spa. I had a full body massage, a pedicure and mini treatment (back massage) on different days. All of the treatments were fantastic. I felt so relaxed after my full back massage and all the knots in my shoulders were gone. Really lovely staff. Special thanks to Panos and Yiota. If visiting the hotel again would definitely book in for treatments again.
