Hotels near Algerian Cultural Centre in Paris, Paris

We did a last minute trip to Paris at the end of May. The city was full with tourists and fans for the Champions League Final and the French Open, so finding decent accommodation at the right price proved to be a challenge. We found a good deal on the Ibis website for the Ibis 15, which included breakfast, so this hotel worked out well for what we needed. This small hotel is located in the 15th Arrondissement, which is south of the city (if you think of Paris as a clock, this would be between 6-7). In terms of tourist areas, it's closest to the Eiffel Tower and Champs de Mar. This walkable neighbourhood is more on the residential side, but is full of boutiques, cafés, bakeries, and restaurants. We preferred this as it was a bit quieter, and safer than some other areas. There are two Metro stations within walking distance (Boucicat and Convention), but you can also get the bus, Ubers, taxis, and scooters nearby. TIPS: *Check the Ibis website directly for good deals. *Get familiar with the Metro. You can get a day pass for the whole system, including buses and trains, for €7, which is a great value. The metro can get you to all of the tourist stops and destinations quickly. The staff in the stations are very helpful, so be sure to ask if you need help. P.S. Be mindful of your valuables - there are a lot of pickpockets working the transit systems. *Have a look around this neighbourhood. We found all of the amenities and services we needed for our trip, including grocery stores, banks, a laundry, local boulangeries/cafés, etc. within walking distance. You'll find a variety of cuisines in the area, including the local restaurant on the corner that makes the the yummiest Vietnamese spring rolls, or the charming and hip Italian restaurant a couple of blocks away, where the staff are friendly and the food and drinks are delicious. The hotel is older, but it's looks to have been recently renovated. The lobby is small and there is only one small elevator, which will fit (maybe) two adults and two carry on suitcases. If you're not in a rush (we weren't), it's totally fine, but this may be important for travellers who need assistance. We found the staff to be very polite and helpful. Check-in was a bit slow as there was only one person at the front desk, but be patient and they will help. We had a double room, which was on the smaller side (hey, it's Europe!), but it was clean and functional and worked for what we needed. We were travelling light, so we could comfortably store our luggage, but if you need more room, ask for the biggest room you can get. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a bit flat, so ask the front desk if you can have extra. The bathroom was a good size and very clean, but the shower in our room was a tiny box. If you are bendy and flexible, have fun manoeuvring in there! Larger people, this one isn't for you! Comfortable compact clean room. Shower excellent. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. In a beautiful area of Paris away from more touristy areas but giving a better flavour of French city life. Lots of good restaurants and cafes around. Bustling food market nearby on Sundays. Would recommend.

The hotel is only 9 and 6 minutes' walk from Metro 12 National Convention Station and Line 8 Boucicaut. It is located in District 15, 75015. It is quiet, with good security and feels safe. The breakfast in the hotel is simple but delicious. The hotel has an elevator. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. Thank you for the professional and courteous service staff. I thoroughly recommend this hotel. Is it a great location? Extremely safe. The hotel staff went out of their way. They were totally awesome. I can’t say enough good things about all of it. It was quiet. Close to the Eiffel Tower and the seine river cruises. I enjoyed my stay there very much and so if you’re in Paris and you would like a really great hotel, this would be the one to go to.

Kleines Touristenhotel mit rund 25 Zimmern. Das Hotel liegt in 2 Min. Fussweg zur U-Bahnstation Pernety, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Zimmer im Hotel sind jedoch sehr klein. In unserem Zimmer hatte es kaum eine Ablagefläche, geschweige denn einen richtigen Schrank. Rund um das Bett 30 - 80 cm, das wars… Die Dusche war ok; für die Duschkabine darf man aber keine Platzangst haben. Eine enge Treppe führt in die Obergeschosse; der Lift ist ebenfalls klein. Der grösste Mangel im Hotel ist aber der Frühstücksraum. Für eine solche Anzahl Hotelzimmer nur 22 Sitzplätze -＞ das genügt einfach nicht. Es kann nicht sein, dass man morgens um 8.30 Uhr zum Frühstück will und dann fast eine Stunde in der Hotel-Lobby warten muss. Das Frühstück selber ist relativ spartanisch. Das Hotelpersonal dürfte auch freundlicher und kompetenter sein, angefangen bei Receptionspersonal bis hin zur Bedienung im Frühstücksraum. Alles in allem kann man dort bei einem Städtetrip übernachten - bedingungslos empfehlenswert, na ja….

We stayed at GW for two nights. Montparnasse station and Danfer Rochelow station are about 13 minutes walk. Since the airport bus departing and arriving at Montparnasse station is gone, it is very convenient to be able to go to the airport without changing by RER from Danfer Rochelow station. The subway is about 8 minutes from Gete Station. Since it is a hotel on a big street, the surroundings are bright and you are not afraid to walk at night. Moreover, it is quiet at night. It is convenient because the monoprix grocery store near Montparnasse station is open until 23:40. One of the male staff at the front desk was surprised that he was good at Japanese. In addition, he was very kind. Breakfast is served with baguettes and petit size croissants, pan o chocolate, pan orezan in a basket. The baguette was delicious. Drinks can be served in a pot with coffee, tea or chocolate. Orange juice is also available. Then there are a few kinds of shelves of Financier, yogurt, jam and cheese. I thought I would go out to eat if breakfast was too much, but it was enough. Due to the depreciation of the yen, the hotel in Paris for the first time in 4 years was very expensive, and I was worried about where to stay, but I chose this place and it was the correct answer. There is a classic elevator and the rooms are large enough. There is no refrigerator in the room, but it was a very good hotel considering the price.

I ordered a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, and I was given a room on the top floor, but the price of 6k felt like a big mistake... There is no balcony, and only half of the tower can be seen from the window of the room, and the angle is particularly picky, the window It cannot be fully opened, so people and scenes cannot be photographed together. The side of the hotel is not busy, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the iron tower. The price/performance ratio is extremely low... There are many hotels with the same price, so I don't recommend it...

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Gardette Park hotel. While the room was on the smaller side, which is to be expected in Central Paris, it provided ample space for me. It would also be suitable for a couple, as long as they don't have too much luggage. The bed was comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the highlights of the room was the balcony, which overlooked the beautiful trees of Gardette Park. There was a coffee maker in the room, along with a sufficient supply of capsules, tea, and a kettle. Additionally, the reception area offered a tea, coffee, and chocolate machine, which guests could use at any time. Although I didn't choose the breakfast option, there were plenty of nearby alternatives available. The quiet atmosphere at night ensured a restful sleep. The lady at the reception (she speaks English, French, and Italian very well) was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful, making my interactions with the staff a pleasant experience. The hotel's location was fantastic, with a close proximity to excellent restaurants, supermarkets, and a vibrant city (including night) life. While I didn't prioritize visiting major Paris attractions during this particular trip, they were only 30 minutes away. For those arriving from the airport (I personally used Orly and departed from CDG), the nearest metro station, Richard Lenoir, was a convenient 10-minute walk. However, if you have a substantial amount of luggage to transport, there are bus or Uber options to minimize the walking distance. Overall, my stay at the Gardette Park hotel was delightful, and I highly recommend it.

My husband and I stayed in a Superior Double Room for two days at the beginning of March. We had a wonderful view of the park and the Eiffel Tower. The room is beautiful to look at, but a little damaged in some parts (for example the shower). The biggest problem of the room was the ventilation system, as it smelled of the drain several times. The cleaner does her job, as she cleans the room daily, but the problem is exclusively ventilation. I might also point out that you can hear the chairs being moved in the bar in the room. I would also suggest that a different choice of breakfast be made every day, as it was the same breakfast twice. However, I would like to conclude by praising the staff, who were friendly at all times.
