Beautiful little hotel . Travelling wth an infant . Hotel was very thoughtful with the small tee shirts and the plushies .. Small hotel but consist of most amenities .not to worry . My family had a pleasant stay . Close to metro and a lot of restaurant nearby . Hotel staff is very helpful . Cons . Lift was very small . But staff is helpful enough to help us carry the bags . Carpet was abit dirty n seems old

I traveled solo with EF Go Ahead Tours so had my own room, a fabulous one on the ninth floor with a view of the Sacre Coure. Fridge was replenished with soda and juice, a water station outside breakfast area kept water bottle filled. Breakfast was great. Front desk staff was helpful, got a cab for me to go to the Louvre when my Uber drivers kept cancelling! Great location, walked to Moulin Rouge one night snd used Metro regularly, a pass was provided by your group. Our guide had a desk and whiteboard with info in lobby which made it easy to keep up with daily activities and bus departures to dinner and Fountainbleu. Room was extremely comfortable, usual amenities, TV, AC, blow dryer. A small table and chair near window made a great reading spot. As mentioned in countless reviews, there remains an issue with tub/shower leaking, glass doors are not mounted and water escapes. Small issue when you are visiting the City of Lights. It was my teacher retirement present to me and enjoyed every second. Would return in a heartbeat to this hotel! Bonjour!!

Super nice hotel with good Paris environment and very convenience, a great hotel to stay with family and kids here, all the services are good specially reception. I will take the first choice if I come back Paris! The fantastic time to stay at Novotel Paris, there are so many restaurants nearby and the location is safe. If you need by train, just 1 mins to the station.

Friendly staff and convenient. Great location with lots to choose from and near the shopping centers and popular restaurants. Newly renovated apartments with air-conditioning and mini kitchens for quiet evenings.

I would like to mention the Staff! Mathieu Boutrus went over and beyond to help us out. No task to big or small. Also the rest of the staff that we came into contact with included Camille, Sarah and Camille. There was also the night time Staff which I did not get their names. All of which did an outstanding job. Several things that are important to us is the comfort of the mattress( slept like a baby) the water pressure in the shower 🚿 Great ! Pillows and duvet were so comfortable as well. Their breakfast was delicious too !

Better than expected! The price is not high, the room is relatively large, and it has everything you need. It is really worth recommending. I stayed for three nights. I didn't book a breakfast package, but bought sliced ​​bread, cheese, fruit and milk at a nearby Carrefour. The room has various tableware, a microwave, a refrigerator and a sink. It is very cost-effective to make it yourself. The breakfast at a nearby cafe is generally 10-16 euros per person, which is also worth a try.

The advantages are that the subway is not far away, supermarkets, bakeries, and facilities are relatively complete. The disadvantages are also obvious. The room I booked was an executive room, but it did not match the order. The floor-to-ceiling window became a skylight, the bed was not 1.8 meters and could only go up and down on one side, there were no slippers, and the worst thing was that the elevator only went to the 4.5th floor. A 70-year-old man had to carry his suitcase up and down the stairs by himself. The hotel staff did not take the initiative to help. This can be improved. This is a classic boutique feeling European hotel. The rooms are very small but we found space for all our clothes and items for the week and tucked our suitcases out of the way. It's a relatively quiet area at night. The water pressure and water temp was amazing (one thing I struggle with at European hotels a lot!). Great area to get where you need to go, Paris is huge so you end up taking uber/metro/bus no matter where you stay. There's a wonderful chocolate shop and a couple of cafes just around the corner but the star is the tiny market across the street that has just about anything you would need. Please remember this is a 4 star hotel not 5 star. If you want a 5 star hotel, go pay 5 star prices. The front desk staff was amazing, I listened to one speak 3 different languages helping all of the guests within about 5 minutes. We had a great week ans would definitely return to this hotel.
