The accommodation is located close to Montmartre, France, so it is good for a walk there. Moulin Rouge is also about a 15-minute walk away. The advantage of the accommodation is that the managers are very friendly and cooperative when consulting. Overall, it is a decent accommodation.

The hotel was new and clean, but the bathroom in the room was littered with things and dirty. I think the comfort level depends on the people in your room, but if someone uses the shower or toilet in the middle of the night, you can hear it all in the room and it will wake you up.
There is only one staff member, so it takes time to check in and prepare breakfast.
Check-out was smooth and could be done online.
The hotel rules were easy to understand, as all the fees and times for breakfast and luggage storage were clearly posted in the elevator.
The location was along a major road, so it didn't feel unsafe.
It was convenient to be able to walk to Montmartre hill.
