Next time I go to Paris, I will definitely come back here. There are many delicious restaurants right in the back alley. The location is also 1 minute from the Hanggong subway station. The accommodation is perfect. The staff is very friendly.

I stayed at this hotel nearby to go to the Catacombs. The hotel was new and clean, and the amenities included slippers, which is rare in Paris. The elevator is small and can only fit one person and a suitcase. After checking out, they will store your luggage for free. There are also restaurants and bakeries near the hotel, which is convenient. I had a very comfortable stay.

The room is clean. There is no elevator to enter the front desk. It is a bit inconvenient. The hotel elevator is very small.

A newly renovated hotel in Paris, good location to public transport and within walkable distance to several locations. Loved the interior design, and the cleanliness. Also loved the very generous cancellation policy and the reasonably priced breakfast (15€/person). Did not like the very small toilet seat - that needs to change. A normal European adult will be unable to use it properly (major minus points for that!). Also, the elevator is tiny and only accessible after first walking up a flight of stairs. Will book again when back in Paris. Recommended for a couple, but treat yourself to the bigger rooms.

I had an incredible stay at this charming hotel in Paris. The location was perfect, offering easy access to major attractions while maintaining a peaceful ambiance. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. My room was elegant and comfortable, with stunning views of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable Parisian experience.

I wish I could give this hotel a negative rating, but unfortunately, that’s not possible. I'm extremely disappointed with my stay, and I honestly have no idea how it has received such positive reviews. While I didn’t pay a lot (they market it as a 4-star hotel, but it’s really just a budget option), I still expected better. Here are some details of my poor experience: - First, I wasn’t even greeted when I arrived. The receptionist simply said, "It’s not check-in time yet," and that was it. - The room doesn’t have a minibar, so if you’re planning to stay more than a day in a standard room, I wouldn’t recommend it because you can’t store anything. - The hotel lacks basic amenities—no bar, no vending machines, nothing. Not even a complimentary bottle of water was provided. - The room is extremely claustrophobic. If you’re uncomfortable in small spaces like I am, avoid this hotel! I know Paris hotel rooms are famously small, but this one is even tinier. - The bathroom has a ridiculously small window, and if you’re short like me, you won’t be able to reach it. - The reception area is absurdly cramped. The receptionist was seated on the couch that’s supposed to serve as the reception desk, leaving no space to wait for your room. - The worst part was when they turned off the air conditioning at night, and I woke up to a room that was 30 degrees Celsius (86°F). When I complained, the receptionist said she couldn’t do anything about it. - The staff barely speaks English, making communication very difficult. - The location is poor. While there are a few restaurants nearby, it’s far from the main attractions of Paris. - The elevator is ridiculously small—you can literally fit only one person. - To top it off, I was charged for an extra night on my credit card, even though I had canceled that additional stay. When I tried to resolve it, they first claimed they couldn’t find the cancellation, and then they just ignored me. For a budget hotel, you’re better off staying at an IBIS—I guarantee you’ll have a better experience. RUNAWAY!

Since the Paris Olympics has just ended and the Paralympics is nearing, I decided to book this hotel since it was the most affordable, yet decent, 4 star property I could find. The rest were still charging outrageously expensive olympics rates. So I booked this hotel on their website which was user friendly and visually appealing. The booking process was quick and easy, I received an email confirmation immediately. I booked a non refundable double room with a bathtub for 3 nights and they debited the full amount immediately except for the city tax which has to be paid directly upon arrival. A couples days after though, they did a pre-autorisation charge on my card for 1€, which I found bizarre as I already paid in full and normally the security deposit is done on check-in but that didn't bother me coz it does happen sometimes, but it can be alarming for non frequent travellers so be informed. The hotel is nicely located on a round about, a few steps away from the catacombes and the Jean leclerc Museum. It is also around a minute walk from the Denfert Rochereau metro station where you can take metro lines 4 & 6 & RER line B. The location is ideal if you have already been to Paris before, and especially if you want to be away from the crowded center but want to have easy access either way. It is away from the major tourist spots but near more secondary attractions like the ones I noted above. It is surround by cafés, boulangeries and restaurants, and for our American brothers & Sisters, there is a McDonald's 2 minutes away. There is also the Monoprix supermarket some and fruit stalls & epiceries nearby. So the hotel is a narrow building with a heavy black metalic door with glass panels. You would need your key card to enter, so initially you will need to buzz in. Then you have to take a flight of stairs to reach their reception which is quite small and cramped. I wonder how they'd manage if there is a group of more than 6 people arriving as I was the lone guest checking in and I already had difficulty moving around due to it's design and small size. It is very clean though since it just opened 2 weeks before my stay. I was greeted by a sweet young lady which was the receptionist and She helped me with my bags. I arrived around 2pm which was before the check-in time, but she did her best to have a room ready for me in 10 minutes. There was a hiccup though on their system as it did not show my payment. I had to show them the email & the debit on my bank account so that she didn't charge me a second time. After that minor issue, she gave me the key card for the room, the room number was written on a smal piece of tape sticking on it. The elevator which was just in front of the front desk is very very small. For a man of my size, I dreaded to enter it. It indicated that it was for 3 people, but I could even barely fit in there that the lady proposed to send my bags up after me. Even though it was small, It was fast and i didn't really experience

Very disappointing! Too many downsides: -small room, -no frigobar, -no room service, -they turned off the aircon during the night and I woke up sweating, -very unfriendly staff and they don't want to know who you are! - they did not even request my ID!!, -the lift is so small that only can fit one person, - the reception does not have space to sit, - no hotel bar, - Quite far from the touristic points.

Très bien situé à Denfert-Rochereau, avec un accès facile aux transports en commun (métro, RER). Les chambres sont modernes, calmes et parfaitement adaptées pour travailler. Je recommande vivement pour tous ceux qui viennent à Paris ou sa région.
