It is our second stay at the hotel, still very clean and every tourist attractions are convenient within walking distances. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast with a additional 20 euros/person, the breakfast has almost everything with a cozy sofa area. There is also a Carrefour just next to the hotel, and nearby with bakery shops, sandwich, coffee shops, McDonalds and Starbucks. Will be back once again, thank you for the lovely service.

It’s really nice! Room is really tiny but i only have one luggage so I could manage. But the only thing I didn’t like was the toilet. Maybe the flush pressure was too high, water will leak through the toilet seat when I flush with lid covered. The shower also easy to leak water and the sink easy to splash. Other than that I think it’s excellent!

Very good location, it’s a center of shopping area! You can buy lots of stuffs and come back to pack anytime. The area is very safe and easy to go to public transportation. Staffs are very helpful. Love this place!

The hotel is really nice and really good location, however the pool was closed and it was not indicated when the reservation has been done. The announce indicates it has a gym, but in the hotel they explain that the gym is outside and for using it, the cost is between 15-20€….

The reviews have to be FAKE of this hotel. It is definitely not 4 star and definitely not highly rated! This was my most miserable hotel stay EVER in my life! My husband and I booked a trip to Paris for my 50th Birthday and after the hotel with an Eiffel Tower view I originally booked was cancelled due to overbooking, I got stuck at Hotel Dress Code by the booking service I used because it was the only thing available last minute supposedly meeting my requirements of 4+ stars, 9+ rating, spa, pool, gym, restaurant, room service, within a mile of Eiffel Tower and quiet. This hotel claimed to have all that. It does NOT have ANY of it. It’s even advertised as a Hotel AND Spa. There is NO SPA, NO MASSAGES, NO RESTAURANT, NO ROOM SERVICE, NO GYM (unless you pay $15 per day to use the public one next door). It’s 3+ miles from the Eiffel Tower, not 1.2 as advertised. And, you have to PAY to use the pool. I asked 3 times for places to get a massage nearby and days later was given only 2 places. One was no longer open and one only accommodates guests of their hotel. So that was useless. As an ******* VIP it was advertised that I would get FREE breakfast, discounted spa services, room upgrade, early check in and late check out. I got NONE of that. They charge $20 for the breakfast “buffet” which was scrambled eggs and hotdogs (see pic). Pathetic! Not even worth $2! The “Spa, pool & hot tub” advertised is a tiny room with a pool the size of a large bathtub that’s 65 degrees, no hot tub and a steam room that is so musty and moldy it smells like cat urine and the ceiling has major black mold and is falling apart. You have to walk through a tight hallway lined with bags of linens and laundry. It’s not 4 star or spa like at all. I couldn’t even stay 2 minutes the smell was so bad. I only dipped my feet in the “pool” and they have itched since. I hope I don’t get an infection. Even after I arrived in tears because the airline lost my luggage I was refused early check in, any vip promises, etc. They wouldn’t even give me a toothbrush or anything. I had to wear the same clothes for 3 days and had no toiletries. The hotel didn’t even try to help. The hotel advertises sound proof rooms. On the front of the building we got kept up by traffic then woke up at 6am every morning by trash trucks, delivery trucks, etc so we moved to the back side of the hotel and got kept up every night by loud thumping music until 4am from a night club. I did not sleep much the entire 6 days I was here which ruined my 50th Birthday trip because I was too tired to do anything. You can literally hear every single thing people in other rooms do all around you. The walls are paper thin. Also when they changed our room it was to a lesser equipped room with smaller closet, worse bed, no full length mirror, no balcony, etc but no apology or concession offered to make up for it. The room was 2 twin beds pushed together with a big dip/crack in middle so husband and I couldn’t sleep nea

Response from Property: Dear Madam, It’s always heartbreaking to read a bad comment, but this one is particularly harsh and doesn’t reflect at all the quality of our hotel and the hard work the staff is doing every day. You were obviously very frustrated because of the lost luggage and the fact that your chosen hotel near Eiffel Tower has overbooked you and did not assist to find a solution. There isn’t any mention on the internet, that Dress Code Hotel is in the Eiffel Tower area and that we have a restaurant. Our boutique hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Paris, right in the middle of Opéra area, where every cultural attraction remains in a walkable distance. Our rooms correspond to Parisian standards, are very functional and well decorated. We control our pool water quality by conducting special tests twice a day to verify and assure the water cleanness. About our breakfast - your photo taken in the end of service of only one of the machines does not reflect our complete buffet with plenty of choices for every taste. Our front desk is open 24/7, there’s always someone to help a guest. And… of course, we do have bed sheets ! The ******* VIP program offers a credit of 30 € for the use of our Wellness Area, and if available an early check-in and an upgrade. The hotel was fully booked, so this was not possible. Other quick comments about everything that « ruined your 50th birthday » that will hopefully reassure our future guests (in addition with all the other very good comments on Trip Advisor that you qualified as “lies” and “fake”) : - Most important : our staff is recognized as very nice and helpful; they’d do anything for you to have the best stay ever. - We do have room service options. Maybe they weren’t to your taste ? - We do offer sanitary kits with toothbrush or razor and there are toiletries in every room. If you’d need more, there’s a convenient store right next door of the hotel. Paris is also well known for its quality shopping and our hotel is 5 min away from Galeries Lafayette and Printemps : we’re sure you finally found something to wear during these 3 days. Again, the airline lost your luggage, not the hotel. - Our wellness area is available, at an extra cost and upon reservation. We have a small hot pool and a hammam. - We offer a day-pass for the gym right next door at a negotiated price. - We’re a city hotel : the neighbourhood is full of life, with restaurants, bars, and shops. However, our isolation system is very efficient, with a set of two double windows. You hardly hear a sound from outside. We hope that our future guests won’t be mislead by your extremely exaggerated comment. Best regards, The Deputy Hotel Manager

Outstanding boutique hotel and a great price. Perfect location to walk to all great restaurants and sites. the employees were very helpful and polite. The place is spotless and the room I stayed in (305) was virtually soundproof. Will definitely return.

An exceptional find. Cool, trendy, modern boutique hotel with Spa in walking distance of shopping, galleries & museums and all our favourite restaurants - we even found a few new ones nearby ! Amazing welcome by Alex and team who were always on hand with a friendly smile and super helpful. Loved the 24/7 coffee n croissants in the lobby lounge as well our generously spaced room with everything you could need inside. Ode to fashion linked to the buildings history was super interesting too and very cool runway videos on the screens. Easy to plug in and connect to cyberworld. Definitely we'll be back. Hopefully soon 🥳
