I stayed in the peninsula hotel for three nights during my trip in Paris, it was a wonderful time and and it’s worth to stay and off course it is very peninsula. the restaurant call Lili tastes so good,thanks for their team work especially Tien who work on several issues that I was concerned about during my stay, let me feel that it was not only a five star hotel but his attitude and find the solution making you feel home away from home. One regret is the rooftop closed during my stay but hopefully will reopen soon for the guests soon. .

The Peninsula Hotel in Paris is always the best choice. It is located near the Arc de Triomphe and within walking distance to the Champs Elysees. It is very close to everything. The key is the service and the room quality is great. The penthouse suite I chose this time has a very beautiful small balcony, where you can have a cup of coffee and enjoy the unique Parisian scenery.

Although the facilities and equipment were built 10 years ago and the style is a bit outdated, the overall layout is still very reasonable. The service is impeccable. When we checked in, the guy at the front desk took us on a hotel tour and introduced the various restaurants (Chinese and Cantonese cuisine, Michelin three stars), bars, building structure, various functions and usage methods of room facilities. Very considerate service. The location of the hotel is very good, right next to the Arc de Triomphe. You can see the Arc de Triomphe when you go out. This is a hotel that is absolutely impossible to find fault with, which is rare.

From the most junior customer service contact, to the supervisor, and the so-called complaint manager, the attitude is so bad that it is outrageous. It’s clear that they only book rooms and can’t handle anything else, no matter how much money you spend on Ctrip or how many years you have supported it! No matter you are a black diamond member or an ordinary member, the service is always bad! In particular, the level of complaint housekeepers needs to be improved. If they cannot handle matters themselves, they will not upgrade them for the customers. They will hide the truth and pretend to be deaf and do nothing while the customers are on the road and have no time to ask questions one by one! The service level is so different from that of foreign companies that have been with us for a century, and it’s shameful! This may be the gap and the fate of some short-lived companies!
