I ordered a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, and I was given a room on the top floor, but the price of 6k felt like a big mistake... There is no balcony, and only half of the tower can be seen from the window of the room, and the angle is particularly picky, the window It cannot be fully opened, so people and scenes cannot be photographed together. The side of the hotel is not busy, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the iron tower. The price/performance ratio is extremely low... There are many hotels with the same price, so I don't recommend it...

I had a poor experience at the Renaissance Paris Nobel Tour Eiffel Hotel. I arrived early, around 8a, so a room not being available was somewhat expected. Though, being a Bonvoy Ambassador Elite, I've generally had good luck receiving expeditious service. After waiting about 7 hours at the hotel (~3p), I was given a standard room. This ordinarily would not have bothered me (much) as it's close to their standard check-in time except colleagues who arrived after 11a with no Bonvoy status were given a standard room after waiting 60-90 minutes. It appears they have no "queue" or flexibility in assigning rooms. I checked with the front desk at 1p with no luck and when I checked at 3p, they finally checked me in. I wonder how much longer I would have had to wait had I not checked with the front desk! The room here are quaint and furnished with comfortable furniture. The bathrooms are mediocre with inconsistent hot water. The gym is small and antiquated. The food and beverage facilities are small and not much to speak about. I much preferred my stays at other Paris Renaissance hotels including in Vendome and the Arc de Triumph. One positive is the hotel is located in a central part of Paris with restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance. I typically do not like to leave negative reviews but the nail in the coffin was they never emailed me my closing invoice!
Response from Property: Dear Mister Kenji O, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I'm sorry for the inconvenience with the room allocation and service. We always try accomaodate our guests following their arrival time. As a Bonvoy Ambassador Elite member, you deserve better. Your concerns about the bathroom, gym, and dining options have been noted, and we will address them promptly to the Managing Team. I apologize for the oversight with your closing invoice. I will look up for your reservation, and will send it to you immediately. I'm glad you enjoyed our central location. We hope to welcome you back and provide the exceptional experience you expect. Best regards, Charles Rambeau

Good option in Paris, close to the subway though still a bit more of a neighborhood feel than some other options. Staff was pleasant and our room was a good size for a European hotel. We would go back. Bar was a bit awkwardly placed in the middle of the lobby but not terrible.

Please be very careful with this hotel. I checked out and paid my bill. They illegally kept my credit card Information and charged me hundreds of dollars 2 months later saying the price did not include VAT. This hotel scams its guest with the advertised price being lower. Travelers beware!

The Renaissance Paris Nobel Tour Eiffel Hotel is a classic example of what happens when Marriott takes over hotel management. Formerly known as the Le Parc Hotel, it was once a charming boutique hotel nestled in one of the nicest areas of Paris. It offered a level of service uncommon even among Paris' most luxurious hotels. Marriott has thoroughly ruined the experience. The property has been split with a neighboring restaurant that militantly guards the courtyard and gardens. No longer able to enjoy cocktails in the wonderful courtyard, springtime in Paris is no longer something to enjoy on the property. The inside bar is crowded and hugely expensive. Twenty Euros for a glass of wine and no parmesan cheese. Hotel guests are routed through a maze of boardwalks that obscure the view of the beautiful grounds. If you have status with Marriott, I wish you the best of luck getting recognized. Your status means nothing! The hotel my wife and I have been visiting for nearly two decades is a mere shadow of its former self. I would recommend that you keep looking. So many wonderful hotels in Paris are ready to serve and provide tons more value. If you've been a Marriott customer for any length of time, I am sure you will resonate with how the Company has turned its focus from a great customer experience to an online booking agency.

I had stayed for 3 nights in the hotel and everything went perfectly, the hotel location is amazing in the middle of everything just few steps and you in front of eiffel tower. The staff was amazing starting from the front office Nissia, Furkan and the concierge team Medhi and Ahmed and finally the F&B team Stephen and Sameer. Thanks to everyone who made our stay memorable

Really good experience. The staff was wonderfully friendly, engaging and helpful. We enjoyed the rooms and in particular enjoyed the fitness room, which I used every morning. Nice, refined location close enough to walk to all the places we wanted to. Great (American) breakfast with eggs, salmon etc. Concierge was very helpful. My wife and I and our two adult kids had a good time for our eight nights there. If you can afford it I recommend highly.

Excellent hotel with a prime location in Paris and a truly friendly & helpful staff. I've stayed at the Renaissance a number of times before Covid and this is the first time I was back in almost 3 years. The hotel is in a very good condition. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. And the location is one of the best.

Avoid at all costs. We had to change our room twice in the short 1 night stay. It was a hot couple days and the AC wasn't working, they told us they will have it fixed and when we returned to our room 5 hours later it still wasn't working. Then they switched us to a different room and this time the hot water was not working in the sink. The shower overflowed even with the door closed and made a puddle in the bathroom. Terrible hotel!! We went to another hotel for the 2nd night.

This hotel reached above and beyond my expectations. The location was outstanding to see most tourist destinations; however the location was much more residential than I expected. The decor was stunning and spaces were extremely well laid out. We loved how quickly we could walk to Victor Hugo and get on the Metro or pick up supplies. The staff were really all shining stars. We traveled during Easter and Charles made sure my daughter had an Easter egg hunt in the garden area. Stephen (spelling is off) and his staff were gracious hosts each morning during breakfast. The food was filling and had many options. Marie-Michele took so much time with me to make sure I knew what to do in Strasbourg. The room was wonderful and housekeeping very kind. I highly recommend this hotel to make your Paris trip a breeze.

My recent stay at the Renaissance Paris Nobel Tour Eiffel Tower was deeply disappointing. This is my first time to give 1 star to a hotel. Firstly, a week before checking in, I contacted the hotel to inquire about a room upgrade. The response was a request for an additional 360 euros per night, a rate significantly higher than what was advertised online for the same room type. This discrepancy was alarming and felt like a blatant attempt to overcharge. Secondly, and more distressingly, was my experience with the promised late checkout. As a platinum member, I was initially reassured at check-in that a 4 pm late checkout would be accommodated when I checked in, which I planned my last day around, including train schedules and tour timings. However, upon returning to the hotel at 2:10 pm, my room key was deactivated, and the front desk informed me that my late checkout was not on file, effectively denying it. The staff's response was not only unhelpful but also dismissive, with a front desk employee doubting the veracity of my claim. This encounter was particularly frustrating and disappointing, given my 8-year loyalty to the Marriott brand worldwide. This level of service is a stark contrast to the professionalism and respect I've experienced at other properties. Due to time constraints in catching my train, I didn't argue further with the front desk. However, I did feel discriminated against regarding the matter.
