Overall it’s quite good
Breakfast - fantastic!!! Loads of selections
Facilities - great
But I would say the windows can’t be opened due to high floors. Besides, the toilet in my room is very slow

It's my first time traveling to Paris, and it's my 4th hotel on this trip. The location was perfect for us since we would like to go to Saint Michel. The receptionist was really nice, and the *** when checking in was smart, polite, and helpful. Our room was upgraded, and it got a wonderful view because the hotel was a tall building around Paris. And it's very important, I feel like I am on the 2nd floor of Tour Eiffel. Lovely people, lovely location, lovely room. Definitely will book again when I go to Paris again!

The hotel room is superb! The room and especially the toilet is very spacious! Got some stain on the bed sheet but the cleanliness of the room overall is excellent. The room is a bit too warm for us.

it was a wonderful stay. Its well situated near a metro station, that made it very easy for us to get around. Overall was a splendid hotel!!

Great hotel overall. . Great location to tram and Bercy shopping and restaurant village. UGC cinema is across the road. The hotel has many facilities for families including pool, spa, cinema, games room and small kids playroom. The room
Wasn’t cleaned to a 4 star standard. There were hairs in the bathroom and small things around the room broken like plugs, door handles and lights. There was also a large rusty mark in the bath.
Breakfast was the biggest let down. . The room is dated and tired. With dead flowers on display. My family didn’t find much they wanted to eat. The entrance, lounge and bar areas are very stylish ..
Food and drinks on the bar and room service was very nice.

nice clean new hotel but customer service is lacking. the staff who checked me in was new so it wasn’t very smooth. also the reception is not responsive, i tried calling many times from my room phone but no response. they also have an official whatsapp for their reception and i tried texting them there and there was no response until the next day. very slow.

Amazing service. Great breakfast. Close to the metro and all tourist sites. Recommend fully to anyone wanting to visit Paris and the workers are absolutely lovely and helpful and polite. Would visit again soon.

Room was very clean and a good size.
Gym was fantastic
Breakfast was excellent.
Location is good for getting to multiple tourist sites.
Only concern was the dinner. There was only one server who was extremely overworked and had to deal with the multiple mistakes of the kitchen staff, leading to food being slow to arrive and cold.

One of the best valued hotels in Paris. Very nice city view as there's basically no tall buildings in Paris. It's a little bit out of the city, but a 20-30 minutes metro ride to basically any tourist attractions.

Not respect the booking , we got problem once we arrive to do check in and ask for change room and charge more money
