It's very good. I specifically asked the locals and they said it's in a safe neighborhood. The decoration inside and outside the hotel is newer than I expected. What you see is what you get.

It's right next to the metro bibliotheque. It's very convenient to travel. The family room is a bit crowded. It's very cramped with children and suitcases, but it's clean and the service is good.

Everything was excellent. Very kind staff , very clean rooms in a spot near metro station . It is a little small but very nice decorative. Breakfast bacause of the lack of space it was a little limited in variety, but the quality was ok.

Had a very pleasing stay in this hotel in the 1st wk of November. A compact hotel, oozing warmth as one enters. Right next to the Seine and with the Metro access across the street, commuting was no issue. We were impressed with the the friendly & extremely helpful staff, without exception. Room was a little on the smaller side but housekeeping was excellent. Food was fresh and ample for a hearty breakfast.

This Motel is outstanding the check in was fast efficient friendly and relaxed the traveller immediately. All question were answered in a manner that you believed your total experience was most important to all the staff. The decor is beautiful from the library to games area reception lifts and rooms. Breakfast was delightful and don’t miss a coffee from the lovely Celia who was exceptional in her efforts to serve and ensure our stay was 10/10

Everyone's passports were stolen, they were taken from the room. We traveled to Paris with my wife, a 10-year-old boy and a 2-year-old baby. We booked two adjoining rooms because there were no four-person rooms available. The person at the reception very friendly, we arrived a little early and they gave us a room first. Because we were tired from the trip, we put the Do Not Disturb sign on both doors, but every day people entered our rooms. With the excuse of stocking the coffee station, or cleaning, even when we specifically told people that we did not want them to clean up for us. The first day a European man with light eyes and gray hair came in, while my wife was bathing alone. The second day a lady with African features came in who only spoke French and said that she did not understand us, to whom both my wife in a room and myself told her that we did not want our room cleaned. but he went in anyway. The third day a man with African features came in who just spoke French when I was alone in the room's bathroom. Unfortunately, since we were in two rooms, my wife thought that I had kept the bag with the passports and I thought the same. We didn't realize it was missing until we got to take the train to London. I called the hotel and spoke to two people at the reception a woman and then a man but they told me that the room had already been cleaned and that there was nothing. They offered me no help or investigate the situation. I think it is a network dedicated to stealing passports because they had jewelry, cell phones, tablets, watches, but they only took the passport bag.

I'm writing this review because my iPad Pro was shockingly stolen from my room, never to be found/returned since, which I think is outrageous for an expensive 4-star hotel (that did not take any responsibility for it). On the day we arrived, me and my friend used the ipad in the evening and I left it on the desk chair (the desk was full of our stuff). The next day, early morning we went downstairs to have breakfast and then spent the whole day out (queuing for the concert we were there for etc.) and coming back to the hotel after midnight, exhausted, when I did not think to check if my ipad was still on the chair (I didn't think things were at risk in a respectable hotel). The next day was check-out, so around 11 we cleared the room (was the ipad on the chair and I just missed it because the chair was a bit pushed under the desk? or did me and my friend not see it simply because it was not there? I wish I knew). We left the luggage at the reception and went to have lunch, because we had a train later in the afternoon. At lunch, when we had time to unwind, I realised I did not remember packing my ipad or seeing it since two days before; at that moment I thought I left it on the desk chair in the room and even though I was angry at myself for being scattered, I thought for sure the staff had found it and brought it at the reception. When we got back to the hotel and I asked the reception if they found my ipad (I thought it would be a simple convenience, because FOR SURE they would tell me they found it), to my shocked face they told me that no, the maid had not handed in anything from my room. I was stunned - I waited for the young woman at the front-desk to go check my room again, maybe it had slipped in a corner on the carpet and no one saw it - I realised chances were slim, but still I was in denial that it was stolen. She came back empty-handed and at that point I opened my suitcase (a huge one) in the middle of the reception, thinking that maybe I was mad and had packed it out of instinct, not remembering it. Of course that was not the case. I started a heated conversation with the receptionist (looking back on it, I was too mild, I should have screamed at them, but I am not a confrontational person - sometimes to my detriment). What was shocking to me was that even though I was in sheer distress and raised my voice, the man next to her - also part of staff and who seemed more senior than the receptionist - chose to ignore our conversation that was literally happening next to him and continued to hypnotise the paperwork in front of him, not looking at us once. That was a red flag as to the professionalism of the personnel (the other red flag being of course that one of them is a thief and no one cares). The receptionist said that the maid had gone home for the day (it was Saturday) and because I was leaving Paris that day, I should leave my contact with them and she would get back to me after talking to the maid the next day (she wrote dow
