Best time in Paris and the Pullman hotel was definitely a great option! Very nice friendly and professional staff. We loved it 😻

Although we requested for high floor to celebrate our engagement and got a room at level 1, the view was still worth it! The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Room service was delicious but took about 1.5 hours for it to arrive which we thought was too long as we were famished. Nonetheless, the staff were very friendly.

All staff r so nice!!!!!!

The check-in was smooth and we had our room prepared slightly earlier. The room was small, but clean. The location was the best part of the stay, which was right next to the Eiffel Tower.

Overall quite clean, bed is comfortable, and the room is big enough. However, charging 5 euro for requesting basic utensils. Hotel resturant FAME was a disaster 🫣. Bad service, the waitress has an attitude. Food 0/5, don’t bother to try.

The hotel is very unsafely and no responsibility. Our room opened by a stranger when we were staying and luckily we are in the room! We told the front desk, but the front desk show their face which feels like they don’t care and seem normal!!! How come? After that there’s zero response on it!!! With this price, service and other customer’s experience, 200% not recommend to stay there!!! It’s a disaster experience in my life.

3 mins to the effiel tower, Nearest metro station was closed for renovation but the next nearest is about 10mins away, still pretty convenient! Comfy stay :)

The front desk staffs were helpful but the manager didn’t fulfil our request. I spent high amount money for just one night with Eiffel Tower view and come earlier than other customers, when we go to the room we found a mosquito on the bed, so we asked for changing room in higher floor but be rejected. And people who came later were arranged to higher floor. I just felt being discriminated! However, the view and location is good but service and attitude needed to be improved!!

Superb view! You pay for the view! Breakfast is alright, nothing special, bed is comfy.

Parking in the hotel is for regular charge the same as it is for people who just use the parking and do not stay in the hotel. And I was informed about it after I had already parked the car.

Was a great moment have stay in here with my friend. Good job
