The location is good but the stay was not okay. We asked that pleae put an iron and iron board in the room when I book the hotel and even email them and I got reply that they will put them before I arrive. But when I went into the room there was no. We called them to bring them up and we got them in a few hours... we used the iron anyway but there was dirty stain on the iron side, we didn't notice that until we used it. So my skirt got the stain as well. Just really annoyed about it. The manager said they can send it to cleaning service and we sent it but still not really happy. And the room is really tiny tiny. No space to put an iron board tbh.. I like the location but if I go back to Paris, I don't want to stay here.

The room was the size of a shoe box. You actually can’t call it a room because there was space for just a double bed and nothing more. As a couple we barely could get up at the same time. There was no reception, there were only people who were standing in front of a high table at the entry. I had to pay more tax than what was stated in the trip.com charge break down. The breakfast was the only nice thing. The service employees were okay but would not go far to say “friendly”. I wouldn’t stay here again. We chose it for the location and perception that it would be comfortable since it has 4 stars. It felt more like 2 or 3 stars. No minibar, no nespresso machine, no shower amenities, no slippers. In the shower there was a 2 in 1 hair and body wash and my hair has suffered from this.

It was conveniently located near the Saint-Lazare station. The room was a little small and there was barely any space to open a suitcase, but it was clean.

The room is nice except that it is a little small. Other facilities are quite complete. Good value for money. Recommended

A hotel I really like, with a modern decoration style. It is also one of the partner hotels of the French Open this year. The rooms are exquisite, and the service attitude of the staff is also very nice. I will choose it again next time I travel to Paris!

Except for the better location, the others are very poor. I can't believe that a four-star hotel with more than 1,000 yuan looks like this. The house is as small as a pigeon cage. It is said to be a double bed, but there is no distance between the two beds. The room assigned to us is also an irregular polygon. If I have the opportunity to come to Paris again in the future, I will definitely not stay in this room.

The room is relatively small, but for the price including breakfast, it is very affordable. And there are a lot of choices for breakfast, including freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee machine, beans in tomato sauce, bacon, bread, cheese, cheese, etc.

Good location, small room

There are metro and bus stops nearby, so it is very convenient to go to major tourist spots. The rooms are reasonably spacious and good for Privilege level. I love that the elevator is wide! Recommend a budget hotel

Although the room was small, it was still clean and the location was convenient for sightseeing. It felt a bit daunting at first because it felt like I was walking into an alley, but it turned out to be okay. And it was nice to have free bottled water per night, and there was a restaurant across the street that was open until late at night.
