Great location near two train stations and underground,
customer service was great and online checkout was very convenient.But the breakfast was charged at 21 Euro which was very low value, nothing to eat.

My family came to Europe for a trip and wanted to find a hotel with convenient transportation and high reviews on Ctrip. We decided to book this hotel. We arrived at Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris at night, took the train to the city, and checked in immediately. It was really convenient. From Paris North Station, transfer to Metro Line 4 and take one stop to East Station. Exit 5 is right in front of the hotel.
The front desk staff are all black people. The service is friendly and thoughtful. They gave us a friendly response to our inquiries. After leaving Paris for two days, the luggage was also stored for free.
Especially for tourists who come to Paris for the first time, this hotel is highly recommended.
The restaurant next to the hotel is also cheap and delicious, recommended.
