Next to Gare de l'Est, this is a good hotel to choose when you arrive to Paris. Clean, spacing room, full amenties and great customer service are the good points. Plus; you have a good view from your windows too

The area surrounding is so dangerous, and the hotel basically have No service at all. Room super tiny not even have kettle for your nice culpa tea :(

Everything was excellent except the price and the carpet cleanliness of our room.

Location: if you need a hotel not far from Gare du NOrd but do not want to be located there, gare de l'est is the second best option (only 10 minutes walk). For business travel, it does the tricks perfectly. Also, what a view from this room (see pictures of the Eiffel Tower and Sacré Coeur). Cleanliness: while the hotel rooms are getting a bit old and you can see it, cleanliness was perfect. Service: good, nothing much to share. Smiling greeting, quick check out. Facilities: bit minimalistic, but the desk to work on was perfect and provided really a lot of space. Again, for business travel it is a game changer.

It’s just across from Gare de L’Est which is very convenient with access to lines 1 and 7. Hotel staff members are very friendly and helpful. When I asked about how to get to destinations, they will show me the quickest and the most efficient way to get to places. The metro entrance is right in front of the hotel.

Hotel location is very good. Nearby the train station. Hotel is clean. Overall is good.

Location is unbeatable. Check in process was smooth. Room is small, few amenities and AC not functioning well. Breakfast is very good and good value for €15. Highly recommended.

Everything that one would expect from a Holiday Inn chain. Might be quite noisy in the evenings if your room faces the train station. But windows provide good soundproofing.

Decent hotel in a great location, right opposite a metro station makes travelling around Paris very convenient. Was awaken by the fire alarm on our last night due to the kitchen preparing breakfast, other than that all was good and great.

We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn. It’s just opposite to the station and was very convenient for us to catch our train early morning. It’s also close to the Metro and getting to all the attractions was a breeze.

It could more better in room quality and cleanliness as a holiday inn brand hotel.

The location is right at the Gare L’Est. It is very convenient. You can go to a lot of tourist places without changing lines. The only drawbacks are the cleanliness. Sometimes there is hair in the towel. The carpets have some stains and grey. The best of all is the buffet breakfast. It is the most delicious breakfast among the hotels we stayed.
