Absolutely lovely stay. Comfortable beds. Great hospitality and staff. Can't fault it one bit! Great location too. Chromecast in every room too which makes it easy to watch entertainment without bringing any extra gadgets. Shopping mall across the street. A lovely breakfast cafe opposite too. Many different other shops around. Very lovely area. Would most definitely visit again!

The hotel I booked for the customer included breakfast when I booked it, but when I checked out, they asked the customer to pay for the breakfast. The customer took out the Chinese confirmation form and said he couldn't understand it. They asked the customer to provide an English confirmation. I was puzzled. The system between Ctrip and the hotel must be connected in English. It is unlikely that details like breakfast were left out during the connection! The hotel is a bit pretentious! Finally, after a lot of trouble, we found the English confirmation form and it was over! So those who say that foreign services are better than domestic ones, wake up!
