Staff spoke good English. Gave kids a small activity pack on check-in. Kids eat free at the breakfast buffet. Lounge area is comfortable and available to work in 24/7. Room has coffee machine and coffee for free. Location is on the same block as a metro station, which is a few stops away from the train station. The street was not very clean.

a perfect place for family trip. we arrived early but the staff was very friendly and let us check in. The hotel looks like a castle and etiquette. I would strongly suggest other people stay here as the first hotel. Besides, superb location. u can walk to most famous museum in around 30 minutes

The hair dryer that was fixed in the 1980s is still broken. Don't believe the decoration shown on the introduction page. There is no service either. The hotel is located directly on the Place de la République, which is the least Marais place in the whole Marais district.
