Very outstanding hotel with very good service

I forgot to take my bag in the hotel when I left, contacted the hotel to say come back to pick it up, and the hotel told me that I couldn't find it, which is very regrettable!

Club lounge services are first class. Especially Gillers and Leo who gave us a detailed introduction of the lounge. The atmosphere and foods are delicious. Very fresh Normandy oysters and other kind of foods meet your every kind of taste. We will surely book this club room again when we travel to Paris.

The hotel is fantastic very beautiful in one of the best locations from Paris The only problem is the hotel staff I feel the service is very bad. Bar service & Restaurant service I feel the hotel need to improve

Great location for shopping and for walking to restaurants of great ratings! I especially enjoyed the rich selection at breakfast buffet at Cafe de la Paix of the Intercontinental Hotel! I would definitely come back to this hotel!!!

I booked the Opera view Balcony room for 4 days and it was awesome. Wish the hotel have a Opera view Balcony type for suit tho.

The room is spacious and comfortable, and the service, hygiene and facilities are all of the conventional five-star standard. The InterContinental breakfast is always good, and this one is also the usual InterContinental standard. A good value for money bar in Paris. I stayed here for one night after returning from the Holy Mountain, but didn't take any photos. The attached picture is the street view from the balcony of another Grand Theater room.

Stayed during the Olympics, it was great! There were many policemen, and the sense of security was overwhelming. It is right next to the Paris Opera House, and only 15 minutes away from Galeries Lafayette. There are also several subway lines around, which is very convenient! During the stay, mineral water and Coca-Cola were free, and several bottles were delivered every day. Although the hotel facilities are relatively old, the room is very warm and the hygiene is very meticulous. Our toothbrushes and toiletries were neatly arranged, which is rare in other five-star hotels.

The lounge was very nice and had a wide range of options, including breakfast and afternoon tea. The room with a view of the Opera House was nice and clean.

The location is very good, just opposite the opera house, and the transportation is quite convenient. It takes only five minutes to walk to Galeries Lafayette. The hotel itself is an old building. The room is not big but full of style, and I like the color matching. And it was very considerate to put a welcome page with my name on the TV screen. Breakfast is at Peace Cafe, which is beautiful and the food is OK. I even saw steamed buns haha. The cost performance is also a relatively high star hotel, recommended.
