I was very happy to be able to stay at the Le Meridien Etoile Hotel. There were many Indonesian staff there, so they were very helpful to us.

8€ delivery cost for a 19€ Caesar salad with room service.
Two reusable bottles of water. One of mine was full of tea…
Means that reusable bottles are not checked by staff before selling the rooms.
3 nights on site, only 3 sticks of dehydrated coffee without any renewal during the stay.
The last day I asked for the bill. No way! Must be provided by travel agency. First time for me in 15 years !!!
I spent 300€/night this is scandalous. I’ll never go back there!
