PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! The worst, most ****** hotel I have ever at. Was questioned by the general manager if I really stayed here even though I tapped my room card in the elevator right in front of him. Extremely rude and made no attempts to give us any reasoning behind this search. He repeatedly made us show the room card to him. No one else in the elevator was questioned. The hotel is also old and dirty, any service takes over an hour and literally half the light fixtures do not work. Horrible place to stay

The room renovation is a little bit old. The real thing looked relatively old as compared to the official pictures posted on the website. Nice and friendly staff.

I had my room upgraded for a Eiffel Tower view , totally worth it . The staff it’s very nice and room service as well .

The room is smaller than the picture, the hotel facilities are outdated, and the WiFi is very slow. The only signal in the room is near the door, and there is almost no signal elsewhere!

We were given a room that had bad smell and had to ask to change and the other room had a broken TV, didn’t get to use it for all 3 nights and 4 days.

The hotel's location is excellent. The hotel has a stylishly classic ambiance. Overall, the service is somewhat arrogant. Room cleaning is sloppy, and the rooms are really dusty. The showers are calcified and almost blocked. The average height man cannot fit under the showerhead. Sometimes there was a lack of toilet paper, sometimes shampoo, and sometimes a bathrobes were missing from the room. There were always surprises. The breakfast is tasty.

If you stay here don’t plan on hospitality being a part of your stay. It was a beautiful place in a good location. The shower had a whole ***** along the wall covered in mold like a hole. Then I ordered the taxi in advance the day before for 6:30am when they called us at 6:09 and we came right down. We got downstairs by 6:20 on the dot (our room was far and they didn’t come get our luggage like I asked) when we got down the bell guy was on his phone, annoyed and wouldn’t help me carry the suitcases down the stairs. When we got to the door the taxi was gone. He never held the car for us.

Perfect place to stay in Paris. Running in the Jardin des Tuileries is something to enjoy!!!

This is a perfect position when you stay in Paris. The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. Particular, thanks to Philippe Bonnet one of the concierge who assisted us. We were particularly touched by the hotel’s acknowledgement of my wife’s birthday. Will stay again without doubt.

A very American hotel in Paris. They have all the conveniences of the US and the perfection of the French. Staff, reception, security-one night some kids decided to park outside the hotel at 2 am and blast loud music and have a small party-security was on top of that and ended it quickly without incident, everything was lovely. Bigger rooms than most in Paris is a huge plus. King sized bed and a lovely bathroom larger than a port o potty that many luxury hotels in Europe offer. Excellent hotel

We enjoyed our stay, but the location is noisy, and the communication with the hotel was not easy. We waited for a text to alert us we were ready for check in which never came. It was difficult to get room service to answer the phone... But the rooms were cleaned every day and we had a balcony to overlook the Tuileries garden.
