The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance of the wonderful attractions. You can find introductions to the attractions in the room. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. Knowing that it was my first time staying in the hotel, they gave me detailed instructions on accommodation.

As a Hyatt Globalist, I felt that I was being taken care of by all the staffs. At the entrance, staffs will start to take care of your all belongings and you will feel PH’s luxuriousness as soon as you get in. The staffs at the front desk are very kind and they did their best as much as they can to fulfill my expectation. The hotel condition was top-notch. The room condition was perfect and spacious for two of us. I also loved the lobby bar with cozy chairs and atmosphere.

Opulent setting with spacious & beautifully decorated suites. Really magnificent food presentations. Super attentive services. The location is really convenient by the Place Vendôme, within walking distance from the great fun shopping stores and fine dining eateries. For a super luxurious stay, we didn’t feel uptight at all. The atmosphere was still cozy and very pleasant.

The Park Hyatt VENDÔME is flawless. A beautiful property in an incredible neighborhood staffed by consummate professionals. Arnaud at check-in and Fabien at the concierge desk to name a few exceptional experiences. This is a very strong recommendation. You’ll never regret staying at this property.

Excellent choice for an anniversary celebration in Paris. Superb location. Walk to Opera Garnier. Must see the Christmas decorations at Galleries Lafayette. Hotel staff exceptionally professional and accommodating. All speak English fluently.

SPECTACULAR stay at Park Hyatt Paris--Vendome. As a Globalist, we were greeting warmly and personally, with Alexandre and Edouard making us feel like we were returning guests at home---though this was my first time in the PH Paris. Our suite was gorgeous, spacious and quiet, with golden hues and playful statues onto a discreet courtyard. And if you are up for a special gastronomic treat, the Pur restaurant is superb---a stunningly designed setting mixing textures and warm materials, tableware perfectly matched to accent each course, and the delicious journey tantalizing our taste buds on the tasting menu.

As other reviews have noted the breakfast is exceptional. Housekeeping is top notch. I would also like to draw attention to the kindness of staff. We were arriving after a red eye from the states with two tired children aged 4 and 7. I had hoped for a stylish entrance for perfectly planned memories. Instead my four year old became motion sick in the back of taxi on the ride from airport and vomited all over himself and sister. We arrived a complete disaster and the staff kindly, and without fuss, recognized my concerns and ushered us to the spa where we could clean our son and freshen up while we waited a short time for one of our rooms to be ready for early check in. I will be forever grateful for their kindness. I was so pleased, I immediately booked a return visit (without children) for my upcoming 40th birthday! Ideally this will be the stylish arrival I was hoping for!

Overall great stay. This is a beautiful hotel in a great area…Lots of restaurants, shopping and short walk to train stations. What really sets this place apart from others is the service. No need to lift a finger, the staff is always ready to help. Breakfast buffet was good, not a lot of hot food choices but you can order from the menu as well. Very pricey but very nice as well.

This hotel has everything and more- luxury, convenience, comfort and hospitality! The rooms have comfortable luxurious bedding, gold fixtures in the bathroom (even heated toilet seat) and their guest relations manager, Angeliqua goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable! Dining options are superb as well.

We had a short, but great stay at the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme! The apartment sized suite had everything we needed and was comfortable, clean and quiet. One of the nicest aspects was all the room in the bathroom area to spread out your luggage. The bed was comfortable, the HVAC worked flawlessly and the strange bathroom setup produced great water pressure in the shower. The staff we interacted with were universally helpful and kind. Special thanks to the concierge staff for restaurant help! We stayed using Hyatt points and it was a steal for what we paid. The area is very busy and very central in Paris. If you want bustling, touristic and to be in the heart of some high-end shopping, this is your spot! Our only regret is not having a few more days in this excellent hotel.

Excellent property in fantastic location. From the time we entered the property until we left, the experience was amazing. Staff on check in were super friendly. We arrived early from an overnight flight, so our suite was not ready, however the Hôtel allowed us to use the relaxing spa. We showered and took steam, sauna and large jacuzzi and simply rested before going out for a walk. As a globalist I used both points and suite upgrade award. The nice young gentleman at check in upgraded us even further to a larger suite which was incredible. We had room service for breakfast and the food was delicious and it was delivered promptly. Between the lovely suite, the fabulous room service, spa and friendly staff… we were overjoyed. Thank you Park Hyatt Paris for making our stay one will fondly remember.
