The surrounding environment is unsafe. The Gare du Nord is the most chaotic train station among the 5 train stations in Paris. On the last day, I saw the police holding a gun and pinning a person to the ground! The room is very small, we can't fit 2 suitcases in one room

The location to the Gare Du Norde, Gare d'Est, buses, and metro is perfect and especially so when arriving by Eurostar. All staff are exceptionally pleasant, helpful, and obliging - nothing was ever too much trouble. The buffet breakfast and drink choices were awesome. Room facilities, comfort and cleanliness were excellent. I will have no hesitation whatsoever in staying at this hotel again during future visits to Paris.

Best hotel near Gare du Nord station. Excellent service and facilities. Best value for money. We stay here every time we visit Paris. It is only five minutes walk from Eurostar terminal. Rooms are clean and decent sized. Love the rain shower.

Best hotel near Gar-du-nord (5mins). Good room size (believe me you'll struggle with this in Paris), amazing showers, good views and friendly staff (call out to Alestin, thanks for your help!). They have a gym as well and serve hot coffee/tea for guests throughout the day.

wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel Hor. die Lage ist zentral an den Bahnhöfen, direkt davor eine Metrostation und velib-Radstation wir waren mit dem Rollstuhl da und haben ein großzügiges Zimmer mit ebener Dusche erhalten- das war perfekt trotz zentraler Lage war das Zimmer sehr ruhig, wenn man die Fenster schließt die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker

On a short trip to Paris, my daughter and I stayed at the Hotel Hor, conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the Gare du Nord. When we arrived early in the morning, well before the official check-in time, we hoped to be able to leave our bags. We were delighted to be told that, as our room was ready, we could check-in straightaway. The receptionist, Alestin, was very helpful, polite and friendly, and we felt very welcome. Our room, on the 2nd floor, was clean, well-appointed, comfortable and quiet, overlooking the inner courtyard. Our bathroom was small, but again well-appointed and clean with a good walk-in shower. We thought the hotel was good value, well worth its 4* rating, and we would very happily stay there again.
