Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel Reviews

This is a good hotel. The receptionist is able to converse in English and check-in was done quickly. Entering our room, room was spacious and done up nicely while offering a great view. Bathrooms includes a rainshower as well as a bathtub, and I especially liked the scent of the provided shampoo and body wash. Facilities wise is decent. During my stay I visited the bar a few times. Not a bad selection of wines and cocktails, though spirit choices are abit linited A few shortcomings however: 1. Sofa bed was a little creaky 2. No bottled water provided. However, there are water fountains provided at the lobby Overall I'm pleased with my stay. Will book here again.

Location is really great. walking distance to Eiffel Tower, about 8 -10 mins to metro. Shopping arcade near the Metro station. A lot of cafes and nice restaurant nearby. Morning running to Eiffel Tower is such a vibrant to do as not many traffic. I prefer to live this side of Paris as you feel more quiet. I would recommend Novotel to any travellers.

Consider near to Eiffel tour but there is distance to walk. Unless you have the Paris weekly psss and able to take bus to the hotel. No amenities but got bath tub. Overall good experience.

A little walk from Eiffel but good view of river. Pretty accessible but train station is 10 mins away. Basic amenities nothing special. Restaurants overpriced as expected. Location good may be back

Very good location to many of the Paris iconic tour spots and has good space to relax at the lobby area. Has a Very delight scenery in the riverside room!

Very convenient place, less than 10 minutes to walk to Eiffel Tower and very to close train and subway stations. Service was below expectations, perhaps it was during the Olympic period, always very crowded and waited very long for any services.

My family stayed for 3 nights in early July, it was before the Olympics. A lot of preparation over the city, the hotel had a lot of decorations as well, vibe was good. We went to watch Euro Cup in two nights and we took uber to get back to the hotel. Right arrived at the front door. There was quite a lot of people traffic at the front door at night, because it was just a walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. (Pic attached took at the front door) We felt safe. Room was good, it was a bit dated but still ok. Lighting in the room was a bit dim but acceptable. Free water in the lobby, my boy took several bottles in each night to earn game time. Very funny. Breakfast was a bit disappointed, fair food quality and noisy space, rather go to the restaurant nearby. I especially would like to thank the hotel staff and praise their service here for the story below. We left the ipad in the room after checked out. We called the hotel immediately (it was several hours after check out) and they had already found the ipad and confirmed that they would keep it securely. We were on the way to London so it was too late to go back to the hotel to pick it. We kept communicating with the hotel staff and eventually they sent it right direct to my home in Hong Kong. Excellent! Thank you!

Location is very convenient with 3mins walk to bus stop and ＜10mins walk to major metro station. There’s also a mall, Monoprix supermarket and restaurants nearby. However housekeeping & utilities aren’t up to standard, with shower cabin leaking water during shower and not refilling soaps since I checked in on first day. Overall servicing are kind and friendly

The basin was clogged on the first day, and it was disgusting. However, I provided feedback to the reception on the second day, and they sent someone to fix it. So the problem was solved. Overall, I was quite happy and grateful for the reception giving me my requested view with a bathtub. Looking out from the room on the 30th floor, facing the breathtaking view and river, it just made my day when I woke up or was going to rest. The bed is huge and firm, a plus point for giving me a good rest after a day of walking. However, I was just a little bit disappointed because initially, I was told that the indoor swimming pool was free for guests. Still, when I revisited on the second day, I found out that I have to pay for it. The breakfast was average. There is still room for improvement for the choices of bread, cheeses, yogurts, and hot food, etc.

Train station is about a 10 mins walk. There is a mall and supermarket nearby. Rooms are reasonable size. Eiffel Tower is 20 mins walk away.

Our experience at this hotel was great. Staff was nice and helpful all the time. Location super convenient (walking distance to the Eiffel Tower). After checking out they even offered a courtesy drink at one of their bars/restaurants. We would definitely come back again
