The hotel is quite clean and breakfast was included in my booking.However, the breakfast was rather simple.

Hotel staffs need to improve on their politeness.

Good service, ok environment and ok hardware, location is good!

This hotel went above and beyond. I put in a special request just after I booked for one of their rooms with a bathtub. They made sure to make a note in my booking that I had requested it. Then last week just after my sister started a medication that needed refrigeration I contact them again with a second special request of a fridge in the room. They granted both special requests. Excellent location about 200m from the Arc de Triumph. Included breakfast was excellent. Rooms were small but perfectly functional and my sister and I had enough space. The only negative is the room needs updated electrical systems as there were no powerpoints beside the beds and the lighting was not the best.

A very Basic, clean and simple hotel, does the job for the night. Breakfast was ok but again little options, however prefectly loacted near a bakery on the corner which has excellent pattisseries.

Service was good with the 24hr reception. Rooms were decent with a good, clean bathroom

Vintage hotel near shopping areas, very good location, close to both Metro and Supermarket, reception staff very nice. The bed is soft, the sleep is very comfortable, the water is strong, the cleanliness is considered very good. But the security system is still not very good. The hallway lights had to be turned on manually. At first I was confused as to why it was dark. Breakfast is a little less, but compared to the price paid, it is considered worth the price. Overall ok, recommend it.

Honestly, this hotel is really average from the room to the corridor to the lobby on the first floor to the front door. It is a 3- or 2+ hotel. Its selling point is that it is close to the Arc de Triomphe, but the Paris metro is so developed and convenient for travel, so this selling point is not outstanding. The room I stayed in had a strong smell of formaldehyde. I asked and found out that it was just painted two months ago. I complained, but they didn't change the room for me. They said it was too late and the manager couldn't find it. When you go out, safety comes first, and health comes first. I will never stay in a room like this again.

Breakfast is a disgrace. The staff working at breakfast are very harsh and never speak English. The rooms are very narrow.

The front desk staff was kind and nice. When I asked him to open the wine, he happily did so. The dryer was a little old and the wind pressure was weak.

The location and staff were excellent. However, from the first day I arrived, the carpet near the bath was wet and I didn't feel so good. Also, the hair dryer is old and the wind power is very weak, so it is better to bring a hair dryer when you stay. Croissants were the best for breakfast ^_^

The staff is very friendly, the place is clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is good. It takes two minutes to walk to the subway station. There are many restaurants nearby. I will stay at this hotel again next time I go to Paris. It is worth recommending.

The location of the hotel is convenient, convenient to the starting point of the Paris Marathon, including breakfast Front Desk staff are polite and fluent in English👍🏻 Only two black staff members at the breakfast restaurant seriously discriminated against the Chinese, they were obviously more polite to the whites, and they were discriminatory towards the Hong Kong people (two girls). After staying for 4 days, it was very annoying to eat breakfast every day! 😤 When checking out, the staff at the front desk said that we had to pay for breakfast (eggs ordered), and we only ate the included meals for 4 days, and we never saw a single egg! 😡 Where did the ordered eggs come from?! It was obvious that those black staff were "playing" and put other people's eggs into our room! 😤 Fortunately, the front desk staff trusted me, so I didn't charge the wronged fee!
