Terrible service. Absolutely not up to Accor standards. The staff in front desk is very antipathetic and cold during check-in. Housekeeping entered the room without knocking just because there was no DND sign. Poor check-out experience. Only positive side is the location, but definitely not worth feeling unwelcome. What’s the point of coming to a reputable hotel chain if the standards are completely ignored?

Great location and friendly staff

I went very early that day, and the guy at the front desk wanted to charge nearly 200 yuan for early check-in. I didn't agree. Finally, when it was almost two o'clock in the afternoon, the front desk arranged a room on the uppermost floor. I personally felt that the room arrangement was The bad thing is that Guan Jian saw a lot of hair on the bed because he was in a foreign country and didn't want to argue with the hotel. The bathroom was too small. I will not choose this hotel next time I go to France. The experience is much worse than the domestic Atour Hotel in all aspects.

The front desk service is a big pit. When I renew the room in the past, I was always told to come back later. It was very delayed and I had to explain the situation to five or six staff members. The lobby environment is OK. The room is very small. The bed is very uncomfortable.

The room was clean and tidy, and quite big. The point is that he has a very large living room. Very comfortable and convenient. The next time I travel to Europe, I will definitely use it again. 

Very good, close to the city center

Very clean room with nice staff. Area is very accessible by transit and by walking with many restaurants nearby. Felt very safe. Only complaint is that the rooms get very hot at night. Would stay again!

Have stayed here several times. Has an underground car park which is useful and safe. Five minutes walk from Bastille Metro and lots of fabulous bars and restaurants. Staff and hotel absolutely fantastic. Cannot fault it at all.

This is my second review! I think that the renovations to the room here are just great and all Ibis hotels should have vinyl flooring that looks like wood. Lots of shelving and hanging for clothes. Just a great place to stay while in Paris as so close to the Metro. This is at least my fourth time staying here over the years as it easy to get from Gare de Nord. I am from Canada.

The hotel is very conveniently positioned to the metro. The reception staff handled our check in efficiently and also recommended a good place to eat and helped with other enquiries. They were very friendly. At the end of our stay we were able to leave our luggage in the lockers at reception and return for them later. The room is small and the twin beds are completely together. The bathroom is tiny. BUT the room and bathroom is very clean and cleaned everyday. The shower is efficient. There is a hairdrier and shower/hand wash. The towels are large and soft. There are no drawers and a small area with hangers. The room was quiet. We didn’t use the TV but it’s nice and large. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel was recommended to us by our daughter. it was an excellent choice. Everyone was very friendly. The rooms were super clean and it was a very reasonably priced. we definitely would stay there again and would highly recommend it to everyone we know.
