The reception staff helped to clarify when we were trying to ask where and how to go about in the Paris city. Very friendly and helpful on the whole. We enjoyed our stay here.

Overall is good and value with the price. Near Metro station and easy access to city. Very good neighbourhood too. Cons: limited space in the room, as usual in Paris. And less power point in the room.

The room was great, the location was very good, half an hour from Charles de Gaulle Airport, 10 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe by subway, right next to it, the accommodation was first-class, the bar and restaurant downstairs were first-class, luxurious and comfortable. The breakfast inside was great. Next to it was a restaurant town with a variety of choices.

Very pleasant welcome and location close to shops and transport. The places to visit are easily accessible.

Great location. Friendly staff. Single bed is narrow. No tissue box. Shower room is not covered on all sides.

Small, clean and tidy, the location is excellent, just next to two subway stations in Bercy, only about 5 minutes away from Cour Saint Émilion, and the Bercy village with a pleasant atmosphere is just outside the door. We can see the French National Day from the window of the room During the show, the aircraft array ^o^ can also see the iron tower. The bar downstairs is open until two o'clock. We once lived next door and came to this bar to have a drink. The products are also pleasant.

Good hotel. Calm. Lots of restaurants around. A good stay in reduction

The room space is limited, but the service and sanitation are good, and the surrounding environment is also good. It is quite convenient to be located in Bercy Village. The subway station is very close, and the surrounding is very comfortable.

Good location! There are so many delicious places nearby!

Live all the time, not bad

酒店的位置很好，附近是一條步行街，有很多商店和飯店。離地鐵站也比較近，兩站地鐵就可以到巴黎里昂火車站。 房間大小還好，酒店裡洗漱用具等都是沒有的，注意一下衞生間，也沒有垃圾袋，衹是在馬桶後面的牆面上有紙袋子，應該是用來裝垃圾的。 如果定的房間沒帶早餐，那麼吃早餐需要付13.9€。 酒店前台服務還是蠻好的。 6月的巴黎，22點天還沒完全黑，安全是可以的。

The staff was not helpful with luggages as i had to struggle with 3 big k Luggages and the room was more like fir midgets too small with little space to move around. No drinks facilities as staff doesn’t knows how to serve drinks. Terrible service

Noisy with the window up open. Small rooms and in need a a little TLC all round. Great location though!
