Close to the metro line 12. But the coffee can be better.

The space is small, just like a chain store, not as good as another Ibis next door

The boss is friendly and the room is clean and tidy

I was so pissed off. When I came back from Versailles, the door of his hotel was locked. I needed to ring the doorbell to drive me back by taxi (because I checked out very early and left the box in the hotel when I went to Versailles to check out. Give it to them? A girl said she needed it, so I said for a while. When I went back to the hotel to pick up my luggage, I rang the doorbell and remembered to open it. I rang the doorbell for a few minutes, but no one opened the door.) I paused at the hotel entrance to pick up my luggage and went directly to the airport to press it for a few minutes. No one opened the doorbell. The taxi driver waited for the watch outside and kept jumping. Then the taxi driver couldn’t bear it anymore and came down to help me ring the doorbell. Then a black aunt who was in charge of breakfast saw two people inside the door that helped to open it. The person on duty didn’t check the doorbell when they saw it. I opened the doorbell and asked them why they didn’t open the door. I pressed the door for a few minutes and they didn’t answer. They really paid me to stay in this hotel. I won’t come back again. Local people can’t turn away and go to breakfast in the morning. There is a black aunt who is in charge of breakfast watching there, as if I am afraid that I will eat too much. There are only three kinds of bacon and ham sausage, there are no meat dishes, and there is a little bit of bread, no vegetables, salads and fruits that are not cut into small pieces, all the whole fruits are placed there for people to see. The drinks include orange juice and apple juice in the machine. The black aunt who saw other customers using the machine knew that I would not and would not come forward to help me. The room I booked did not include breakfast. When I arrived at the hotel, I added two breakfasts. The front desk charged me 29.56 euros. The platform showed that breakfast was only 10 euros and then the front desk plus East and West plus the cost is so high and the service is terrible. The worst hotel experience ever. If I knew it, it would be better to go to a convenience store to buy breakfast and a sandwich for only 3 euros. I feel very full and feel like being cheated

I booked a room with a double bed for two adults, upon arrival the hostess informed us that it was a single room for an adult. So we spent the night in the single room with a single bed because the hotel was full. The hostess explained to us that the error came from the reservation site In summary we paid for a double room with a double bed to have a small single room with a single bed. I therefore request reimbursement of the difference in the price

Stay was OK but staff seemed unaware that I had extended my original booking and I was charged extra for local taxes that I had already paid. Room was small and not very comfortable. Breakfast OK but nothin g special.

Very good no frills budget hotel. Very clean. Staff were helpful. Free water, coffee and tea were available in the foyer- nice touch. Well placed for connections by the Metro. Plenty of eating places nearby.

Very pleasant stay from start to finish. Short walk from the Metro and 1 stop from the exhibition hall. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this was perfectly fine for a short overnight stay. Warm (it was very cold outside), clean, comfortable, quiet and clean/tidy breakfast area. I will stay there again. The manager and breakfast lady were both pleasant and helpful.

The room & bathroom were very small (sink above the toilet seat) , carpet was dirty but the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok, plus for the gluten-free alternatives. Staff spoke poor english. Elevator was unpredictable.

Most of the staff were friendly and the hotel room was satisfactory, however the check out process was bad.

We had an excellent stay at Paris Ibis Vaugirard! The staff was very friendly and provided great service! Good location, close to metro station and there were also a nice places near by. We can absolutely recommend!

The hotel has normal rooms which are useful for main needs, but the most surprising thing was the full availability of employees working there about each single request we had. Especially Grégoire help us in managing some personal matters and the full working day after the check-out. I really suggest this place in case you need to combine both leisure and then working activities! Alessandro L.
