Terrible, the customer service is the worse I’ve ever experienced in my life…

Great location, very clean, practical, small rooms and pricey for what it is but the central location makes up for it. Underground paid car parking is right in front of the entrance.

Best paris hotel I’ve stayed in Beautiful rooms and area

The location of this hotel is great. It takes 3 minutes to walk to Champs Street, and 10 minutes to walk to the Arc de Triomphe. There is no need to introduce other environments in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. The price/performance ratio is very high

Every day cleaning is breaking in without knocking on the door, the room facilities are relatively old

Can't beat the fantastic location, right next to the Champs Elysees, short walk to the Arc the Triomphe then the Louvre, next to the subway. Awesome neighbourhood full of coffees, bars and dining experience. Super clean and functional but small room. Carpet flooring in the room itself, which is a little downside. Helpful and welcoming staff. Decent price. I recommend.

Travelers hotel - convenient location, and friendly staff, but rooms and property are very basic.

Staff charged us for mini bar after we checked out. Keep you receipts, in case it’s a usual practice…

The room is too small, even for Parisian standards. The photos are misleading because it shows it as a luxury hotel, which is not. The worst thing was that the carpet smelled of vomit and had a clear stain. I complained and was told that I couldn't be moved to another room. Really bad experience. This is a cheap hotel marketed as luxury.
