Recently renovated hotel, rooms larger than the average in Paris which is very pleasant and perfectly soundproofed. The bedding is very comfortable, regret that it is a bathtub rather than a shower which is difficult to practice when you are old. Breakfast is much too expensive, 28€, pleasant staff but speaking poor English at breakfast. The spa area is small and poorly presented, open for very little time during the day. No room service because the partner restaurant is closed for renovation. The wifi is OK, and the TV is a good size. The short walk to the Porte Maillot metro station is very pleasant and the Champs Elysees are a few minutes' walk away. I will not hesitate to come back if the prices are attractive.

The hotel is farther away than expected. It's very far west of Paris, it's supposed to be by the Arc de Triomphe, but it's an easy 15 minute walk there. It is good that there is a supermarket directly opposite. The nearest subway is a 5 minute walk. The reception at the hotel was very sober. No question, the arrival was o.a. It was very quickly pointed out that check-in is only from 3 p.m. There is no room service on Sundays. The rooms and bathroom were large by Parisian standards. In the bathroom the faucet of the bathtub was loose, the sink didn't drain properly. There were bathrobes and slippers. The room was quiet facing the street which was a good thing. The TV was large, but only French programs. Very unusual.
