The room size is okay, but the bed is next to the bathroom. The bathroom smells bad! The hotel is in a remote location and very difficult to find!

It took about 25 minutes at a quick pace to the Eiffel Tower in Paris, so it wasn't very fast. The subway is 5 minutes away, so it's okay, and the market is nearby, so I bought delicious food. The owner sister was pretty and kind, and the accommodation was old but clean.

It's a quiet and clean accommodation, and it's good to have Keunmatou nearby. It was close to the subway station and it was a satisfactory accommodation. But since it's a long way to the city, I stayed comfortably except for taking the subway for a while.

Nice little hotel in a typical Parisian area. There is a small courtyard where you can linger. From our room, which was reminiscent of a mini duplex apartment and had a small kitchen, we had a beautiful view of the roofs. The hotel staff is very accommodating.

Akli and Dabia are the best staff in the world. The hotel is spotless and very comfortable. The location is great. My son was delighted in this beautiful corner of Paris. I recommend all visitors to stay here, the quality and price are unsurpassed.

The parking was also really good. (Tight corners but felt extremely secure). The room was very pleasant, up some very steep stairs and clearly in the roof so some of the room was difficult to access as the roof sloped and was so low but overall an excellent place to base yourself when visiting Paris. Close to a nice street with loads of restaurants on that were really reasonably priced and about 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro stop where you can get everywhere from

For four days booked the deluxe suite. Excellent service by the personnel, especially Mr Akli, the recepionist, always willing to help and polite with a smile always. Excellent place, close to many metro and rer stops, daguerre street market. Also, very accessible for children, safe and with all comforts.

Every traveler's experience is unique. So, I will share my Helzear Montparnasse experience with you. First, the hotel location is easily accessible by train. We took the Metro B line for our arrival and 4 for our departure. Another positive is that the hotel is within walking distance of fresh produce markets and restaurants. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a polite gentleman who checked us in and charged my card in full for our hotel stay. He escorted us to our rooms in the main building. There was a distinct smell of mold and mildew when he opened the door, as if water had seeped into the hallway area and never dried out. Our next step was turning the corner to climb the stairs, leaving much to be desired. The runner (rug) lining the stairs was worn and dirty and desperately needed replacement. My father and I looked at one another hesitantly but continued to follow the gentleman to our rooms. Mine was the Dollanier Rousseau 1 bedroom suite; my father had a junior suite. The gentleman was kind and thorough and showed us the location of the light switches, espresso machine, refrigerator, closet, and bathroom, and departed. The living room had a crack running through the floor, and the sofa was worn. The large toilet flush button was broken. I opened the refrigerator door to find the freezer door hanging on by one hinge and could not close it. The baby crib was set up as requested and was perfect for my 23-month-old son. The bed was extremely comfortable but felt damp, and the comforter was plush. My suite was cool but not cold; as we arrived at the hotel in the evening, we decided to spend the night. That was a HUGE mistake. The temperature in my unit dropped from 70 degrees/21.1 Celsius to 14.6 Celsius/58.3 degrees, but both heating units were set to the highest level, 5. I brought my son into my bed to keep him warm. I went to the front office in the morning, but no one was present. I emailed regarding the heat issue and received a response to check the heater settings. Upon returning to the hotel at 5 pm, we stopped by the front office and explained the heaters were set to 5. The gentleman went to my room and acknowledged the heater wasn't working. This is where the hotel experience becomes seriously ridiculous. My husband arrived as all of this was unfolding. The gentleman offered us a tiny one-bedroom in a different building, but it only accommodated two adults. The bedroom was so tiny the baby crib didn't fit in it. I explained to the gentleman the room was unacceptable. I was advised that if I checked out, I would have to submit a request for credit because he wasn't authorized to grant one. Rather than take a loss of money, we decided it was best to stay in the new room. Besides the towel hook by the shower being broken, the bathroom ventilation fan was broken, or it didn't have one. The closet was in the living room instead of the bedroom, and although there is a ledge to place items in the bedroom, you must stand or kneel on the bed

This 'hotel' is an absolute joke. For starters, it isn't actually a hotel, more like a serviced appartment. There are no facilites, and no staff after 10PM. Our entire stay was disasterous, from sewage pouring out of the shower drain and going 3 days without a working shower or toilet, to booking a ground floor room with a bath and being given a first floor room with a shower. The staff were extremely unhelpful (except for the manager who did try to make things right, but as soon as they left, it all fell apart again) On our last day, they told us they would move us rooms so that we could use a working shower, and that we needed to wait at the property until the room was ready. THIS DIDN'T HAPPEN UNTIL GONE 5PM IN THE EVENING. This cost us our entire last day in Paris and was very upsetting to my wife and child. The rooms are quite dirty, we stayed for 5 days and the hard floors were never mopped once. Towels were not replaced unless you asked and the beds were not changed in the 5 days we stayed. Overall, the property is very dated, quite dirty, not very accomadating and the staff are totally unsympathetic to any issues. If you have a problem after 10PM (like sewage pouring out of the shower drain) then you are totally on your own as they don't answer the out of hours number.

My wife and I have stayed at the Helzear twice now and both times we have had the nicest time. The team there are super friendly, the rooms very comfortable, the area a true slice of Paris life. I can’t think of anywhere I would rather stay
