Friendly staff on the front desk. The breakfast is just normal. The room is abit small but it's good enough for short stay.

No fridge in the room! We asked for ice cubes and they did not have! The breakfast was bad and only consisted of pastry and fruits. What breakfast offers no eggs??? and no bacon?

Great experience! The location is very convenient, it has good transport interchange or you can go to the center on foot. At the same time it's not noisy. Also it has some restaurants nearby and even 24-hour McD. The staff was really nice, friendly and ready to help. The room is not big, cozy and functional. There were different hygiene products, even cotton pads and swabs. Also the hotel has additional free services like ironing. The breakfast was not big but still nice and tasty. So, it's perfect for a several nights, with affordable prices. I can strongly recommend the place and would come back myself:)

Simple 3 star hotel . Close to subways . Took the train back from Disney and walk about 15miins to the hotel as it was pass midnight . Breakfast is mainly bread n fruits no eggs . Can skip . MacDonald is just next door

Hotel is located around many restaurants and the area is surprisingly quiet. Metro very close by for our journey back to Gare de Nord and to central Paris. You are situated near one of the roads leading up to the Arc de Triomphe.

The room is clean and tidy, the service is warm and responsible, it is located next to the exhibition hall, there are buses, subways and 🚃 and other means of transportation downstairs, there are many French restaurants nearby, McDonald's is next door, and it is 15 minutes away from the Arc de Triomphe. It is very convenient and cost-effective!

We only used it to stay two nights, we didn't have breakfast, we really liked the location, the room was simple but very comfortable with windows, a closet, and a large bathroom. The refrigerator was missing if we needed it. The location was excellent because we were able to walk towards the Arc de Triomphe and the tower, the location was truly excellent. Next door is a Mac Donals and saves when having breakfast. The receptionists are friendly, they don't speak much Spanish. They kept our suitcase for us when we left, which we also really appreciated. The location of the hotel is excellent! The attitude of the 24-hour service staff is also very good! Any requests at any time will be addressed immediately. The service from the staff on duty at night is particularly good

The room was well equipped and clean. The people at the front desk were especially kind! However, the elevator was out of order, so I was asked to use the stairs to take my suitcase down from the 6th floor to the 1st floor.

For my wife and me it was excellent since we only needed it to rest at night, even so the room was very clean, the breakfasts were good and although we spoke Spanish and some English we managed to understand each other, they were both very friendly and attentive. people at the reception (the one at night and the girl who was there in the morning who does speak a little Spanish) as well as the people who served us at breakfast. The hotel was close to the metro and train station and the location seemed perfect to us as most of the places to visit were in a straight line, the closest Arc de Triomphe was an 8-minute walk away. Personally, I recommend it and would return to the hotel another time.

It's the first time I went to Paris. From the hotel line C until the Eiffel Tower metro goes directly to the Louvre and the Arc de Triomphe, just a few minutes' walk away! Very safe, clean, friendly front desk, good breakfast!

Top value for money for this very decent 3-star hotel thanks to Trip.com. The daily price displayed for a room in this hotel was €200 per night + €13 for breakfast, I paid €207 for 2 nights with breakfast included. Thank you trip.com. Small room without fuss, very clean, with refurbished bathroom, medium-range firm bedding but ultimately quite comfortable. The breakfast is very simplistic, served in a tiny room where it is better to be early to preserve your morning privacy, in any case it is really not worth more than 13€. Hotel located opposite the convention center, many restaurants at the foot of the hotel and especially metro line 1 less than 100 meters away. Hotel much quieter than I imagined when it is located right in Porte Maillot. Reception open 24 hours a day, friendly and available staff. Drinks available at reception.
