Small room, friendly staff, bath tub made it worth it

We are not happy with the service, since Rayban sunglasses with their case have "disappeared" from the room. Bad cleaning of the room and we lacked gel in the shower during the 4 days and a foot towel until the second day. We had to wear a t-shirt to get out of the shower. The location was fine.

A hotel well located in the central district of Saint Germain des prés, unfortunately the hotel is dilapidated, the rooms are tiny, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired, mold on the walls, a tiny bathroom, rooms located on a box at night with customers who speak very loudly all night in front of the entrance and unfortunately the windows are very poorly soundproofed (old-fashioned double glazing) a well-underground breakfast room (the only nice side to the breakfast is the authentic orange juice ) everything else is reheated (rubber pastries)... In conclusion I recommend choosing another hotel to stay in this beautiful area of ​​Paris A hotel that deserves at most 2 stars and even more...!

The staff is very welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend !

Nothing special

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were on the top floor but could still hear the noise from the street. Overall it was good, a few small improvements could be made in terms of upkeep. The service was good and we were able to leave our luggage after checkout.

Difficult to communicate with staff. Very limited English. The TV had only French channels. Not one English Channel

The property needs some serious TLC. It’s a sham. It’s a run in quite an amazing laissez fair approach, pity. The building has potential. Some serious maintenance is required, sooner rather than later. It’s 1 level away from filthy when it comes to cleanliness .

Great area. Breakfast options were good but you can also go to any local restaurant within a few min. 5 min from metro

Booked family room and it was good size if unusual layout! Initial view looked good and we could see Eiffel tower from the window! Bathroom was not clean, bath didn't drain properly ( even from 4th floor) shower broken off wall and black mould everywhere. It's an old building but there was no ventilation and they wouldn't put air con on so I guess it gets very damp. As a result there was a 'smell' all the time. Great location but grubby

Good value for money. Nice location. Front desk staff was very nice (lent me iPhone charger) and was very friendly.

The junior suite was very nice. It was big with a very comfortable bed and pretty comfortable pull out couch. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower and the surrounding area was beautiful. The hotel is old and like many old buildings has lots of charm but needs some minor repairs.

We were given a room right next to the reception unfortunately, so you hear everything at reception including a phone in the night and someone chatting on & off for an hour at 3 in the morning. Not a good night's sleep! Rooms bathroom could do with some attention but was large. Liked the decor with exposed walls & ceiling beams. Perhaps we were unlucky having this room so don't recommend room 1. Great location in Latin quater.

Very Cozy in a great and safe are with many dining and to do options.
