The room was very comfortable and well-equipped. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. We happened to be there during a rare heatwave in Paris, but thankfully the air conditioning worked perfectly! Any issues we had were promptly addressed by the hotel staff. Highly recommend!

Stayed at this hotel in May 2026. It's a 5-minute walk from the metro. The Eiffel Tower is a 40-minute walk away. Line C is nearby, which we used to go to Versailles. The hotel is clean and very pleasant. Check-in was simple – just enter a code on the door. No deposits or additional payments were required. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with a dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, and plenty of dishes. The linens and towels were good. The sofa bed in the living room was quite wide. There are blinds on the windows, which can be closed at night for darkness. They leave small gifts like chocolate and a shopping bag. There's an iron, hairdryer, shampoo, soap, tea, and coffee. It was very clean upon arrival. We paid everything through Trip.com, and there were no other charges. A minor drawback: no air conditioning.

We stayed with 7 people! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, all done with just one phone! It was fantastic – we could head straight to the hotel, drop off our luggage, and go out to explore! And to top it off, there was a lovely surprise gift 🩷 Overall, it was superb! You definitely have to stay here ^ ^

The room was spotless, and the kitchen was incredibly well-equipped. The customer service was exceptional; they provided a detailed introduction to the room and amenities before check-in, which made it easy to use everything once we arrived. We received welcome chocolates, which were delicious, and a complimentary reusable bag. Coffee, tea bags, and towels could be refilled as needed. We will definitely stay here again next time.

Everything was great, except for the inconsistent water temperature in the bathroom – it kept fluctuating between hot and cold. Also, we had to keep the balcony door closed, otherwise, the air conditioning would automatically switch off. I initially thought the AC was broken! 😄😄

The main transportation is the No. 12 subway line, but the subway cars are old and can be quite uncomfortable in the summer. Additionally, there's no staff on-site at the hotel, and communication via messages isn't immediate. Although the room was comfortable, the lack of on-site management raises safety concerns. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Excellent communication and support both before and during our stay. Great location, and the decor was lovely and functional. The bed was amazing! Unfortunately, the bathroom, which was still relatively new, wasn't very well maintained. That's definitely something that could be improved. There were unpleasant deposits in the grout and shower cabin. Overall, though, I'd recommend it!

The room was new and spacious, with central air conditioning (not a traditional wall-mounted unit). Self check-in and check-out were convenient, and the soundproofing was good. The bedding was excellent. Free laundry facilities were available in the basement. It's about a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and public buses and trams are also easily accessible. The area felt safe. The only downside was that the hot water for the shower was a bit inconsistent.

We really enjoyed staying in your apartment — it was very comfortable and cozy. Everything we needed was provided, and we especially appreciated for the thoughtful gift. We also requested a baby high chair, and it was kindly arranged for us, which made our stay even more convenient. We will definitely recommend your apartment to our friends.

Super good place with good security system. The room is new and full of equipment. Location is very good near the metro. Also there are many supermarkets and restaurants around. Very convenient I will come back again when i go to Paris.

Great value for money hotel, a self-catering apartment conveniently located near the exhibition center.

Opposite of the exhibition center, nice, convenient and clean apartment!

The apartment was clean and tidy, and check-in was super easy. Our family had a wonderful Christmas holiday in Edgar!
