Location was the best part! Close to all main things in the ‘Opera area’ and within walking distance. Hotel was comfortable and ended up oversleeping it was that comfortable. Rooms are very small but was great for one night !

The location is perfect. You can walk for less than 5 minutes and be at Laffayet gallery.

It's a simple hotel. In Japan, it is similar to business hotels such as Toyoko. The convenience is excellent. It's a 5-minute walk to Opera Station, and there are museums and shopping such as Garnier and Lafayette within walking distance. There are almost no amenities, but it is enough for a solo traveler. There is no coffee available, so we recommend bringing paper cups or instant coffee if you are staying for several nights. There is a pot, but no mineral water.

The location is excellent and the facilities are good. The room is quite big in Paris. The whole street downstairs is full of restaurants and cafes. The hotel reception is on the second floor and you need to carry your luggage and take the stairs yourself, which is difficult for a girl!

Unfortunately, the old building was being renovated for the Olympic Games, so the rooms that originally had windows became windowless rooms. I don’t know where to explain! It’s very stuffy without a window. It’s so stuffy that even if I wash my socks at night, they’ll be dry at 6 a.m.… Covering me with a quilt at night will make me sultry and sweaty, and even if I don’t cover myself, it’ll be cold! The room was so hot that I caught a cold the next day because I am prone to catching colds as soon as I go out and blow in the air! The hotel equipment is old, and the elevator is an old British-style elevator. It is full for two people! If you bring a suitcase, two people should go upstairs in batches. The room is less than 10 square meters, with just enough space to open a large suitcase and turn around. There is a bathtub in the bathroom, but the shower is a squatting type, so you have to squat when taking a bath. The bathroom will get soaked while standing. Especially unfriendly to the elderly. Toothbrushes, slippers, and hairdryers (the old British style are not strong) are not provided here, so it is best to bring your own. The location is amazing, with the M and REC subway lines on both sides, making it easy to go to Versailles and Disney. There is also direct access to the airport via the Roissybus, which is a 450-meter walk to the hotel. It is the first choice for transfer after arrival. Another aspect of the good location is that when you don’t know what to eat, it is adjacent to two century-old restaurants LEON (green-mouthed clams) and GRAND CAFE (seafood and snails). The Opera House is just a few steps away. There are more... across the back alley is Lafayette!
