Honestly did not have a hard time with the hotel at all. It’s as good as it could be for a three star hotel. I enjoyed my stay and I liked where it was located.

We stayed here a couple of times. The location is good, the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Free coffee/tea/water is a plus.

Clean room, bathtub, heating, good breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, 24 hour coffee maker at reception. The Moulin Rouge and Metro entrances are right in front of the hotel, making it easy to access. This is a great hotel if you don't mind a little noise at night and a lot of adult shops around.

The location of the hotel was just perfect. Mr Batiste from reception was very friendly and helpful. He helped me even exchange my sim card with a local one. The only issue i had was the size of the room. When the suitcase is opened it's a struggle to move around the room & i am only one person! The same with the size of the elevator never been in anything smaller! A big person would definitely not fit in it! But then again this is Paris.

Great hotel. Brilliant location, next to Metro and in the heart of Montmartre - literally opposite Moulin Rouge. Quiet, clean and from desk staff were very helpful - organising taxis, booking restaurants, speaking perfect English. We’ll be back.

Front Desk The front desk experience depended on the receptionist. That's why I can't rate 5 points. I was checked in by a front desk agent who was very polite on my first day, but was rude by the time I asked to have my workplace name added in my invoice the day I checked out. I had to modify that detail myself on my computer. He wasn't very accomodating. There was another one whose name was Baptiste. He was the coolest one of them all. I noticed his English was perfect when talking to people who didn't speak French. He was very curious about my country, and he was very talkative. He even offered to solve another problem I had whith my invoice. The night receptionist was very kind he offered me to use the computer after I got mugged and had my phone stolen on the Metro. As the hotel doesn't have a wake-up call system, he always knocked on my door as requested. Safety They always make sure you leave the key at the front desk. It's not for no reason. Paris has a very serious security issue concerning pickpockets. As I mentioned before, my phone was stolen. There is a safety box in the room in order to put your values if you don't take a taxi. If you take the Metro, leave your passport, cell phone and credit cards in the safety box. Just take cash and the Metro ticket with you. Location It's my favourite area to stay in Paris for business. The Metro station and taxi stand is almost at the entrance. There is no way to get lost. Even if you forgot the adress, you can tell the taxi driver it's across the street from Moulin Rouge. Room As I mentioned before there is no wake-up call system. You need to set the alarm on your phone or ask the night receptionist to knock on your door. There is a fan available for warm evenings. Taking both things into account the rate is low in Parisian standards. Besides that, the room was immaculate and it had everything I needed. It was small and it's bathroom was tiny, but it's Paris, where it's hard to find anything for 200 Euros. Breakfast The breakfast was excellent. The staff always made sure they had fresh bread and pastries from a bakery nearby. Nothing to complain. Invoice As I booked before I had mi plane ticket, I wasn't sure I was going to have breakfast on my last day, that's why I didn't include breakfast in my reservation. I paid it separately, but they don't really issue separate invoices for it. They included it in my room balance, but it was messed up as they stated I had breakfast on a date I didn't have, and that I didn't have breakfast on a day I had it. Baptiste offered to solve it but the invoice system or whoever operated it seemed not to be flexible on that. I was lucky my workplace accepted that erroneous invoice balance. Conclusion The hotel was good value. That's the most important thing considering how expensive Paris is. There are much nicer hotels but not easily for 200-250 Euros. There was the Rugby World Chanpionship and many colleagues had a harder time getting a hotel. The

We were 3 mature rugby World Cup supporters on our stay in Paris. We stayed 4 nights at the hotel and it was great value for money. Continental breakfast very good unlimited juices and hot drinks. Very friendly staff both on reception and in eating area. Metro, buses were very close by, SacreCouer and Momartre village very close. Throughout our stay, we met a trio of desk clerks, and every one was friendly. The hotel was mixed in among a street of endless cafes, bars, and a giant tourist attraction. Short walk to Galleries Lafayette as well and Sacre Coeur. Could come and go at any time of night.

A small hotel surrounded by sex shops, not the best location for families. Small breakfast area, breakfast with very limited choices. The "best thing" is the non existing air condition. If you stay in this hotel you must choose the days before you visit Paris. If more than 30 prepare yourself for boiling. Love Paris

Starting off, we arrived 19/08 and were hoping for a speedy check in as I was desperate for the loo. I’m not too sure what the problem was but the receptionist seemed to not know where any of the rooms were and led us to three different sections that were not correct. The lift was TINY. The fact that I had a backpack on meant I could not get on the lift, especially not with any suitcases. We finally managed to find the room ourselves and settled in. We had bought some bottles of water to keep cold but the fridge was not working. As other comments mentioned the noise outside was pretty loud, and as there was no air on we had to keep the window open. I did see an ant on the carpet and looked for more but it was just the one. I put the Do Not Disturb sign on the handle outside as we were only staying for a couple nights and as we went to leave the receptionist yelled at me to hand over my room key. I was not expecting this nor have ever been asked to do this. I queried this and received “is there a problem? It’s for security”. Quite frankly, I would have felt much more secure keeping my own room key at all times, especially as it’s a physical key not a card so no access records etc. I had no option but to hand over the key and when we got back, of course our room had been entered and it appeared our bed was made and towels replenished. This would have been fine but I did put the do not disturb sign on the door. Overall, I would not stay again. Price for the area was not too bad, but did not have a comfortable sleep with the heat and noise and did not have any customer service from either receptionist.

Starting from when I didn't even get to the hotel: despite the fact that on Booking it says clearly that the check-in is possible until midnight, at 18:20 I receive a message from them asking when I expected to arrive. When I answered between 19 and 20 their reply was a (quite threatening) message saying that if I didn't show up they would have charged me the first night anyway. With a very ironic "Welcom to Paris" following. Then I arrived at the check in desk and straight away the guy asked me if I was ok if he charged me all the nights I had to spend there, because my booking had the option to be reimbursed if I didn't show up from the second night because "it's going to be easier on the paper". I didn't even notice I had this option, anyway I (naively) agreed because obviously I didn't have any intention to run away. First night in the room it was ok-ish: the room was clean, but the furniture was clearly very cheap, the bed was screeching at every move and the hair dryier was getting too hot to hold in the hand after a couple of minutes of usage. The main problem was the street below though: it was super noisy until 4:30am, and with the heat of these days I couldn't keep the window closed - and there's no AC. But ok, this is not under their control. The big problem came the second night: I came back at around 3am and... there was noone at the desk to open the door of the hotel. I tried to ring multiple times at the doorbell and even called their phone number but noone showed up. I had to go around at 3am in the morning, looking for a place where to sleep because of that. When I went to complain later in the morning they said that the guardian was there all the time and that they didn't have any proof to believe what I was telling them. In the end I had to leave with just their word that the owner had been informed, that he would have checked the security camera recordings and that I would have been contacted. One week later I still have no news from them, so I called the hotel and discovered that noone was aware of anything, and if I didn't send an email there wouldn't have been any follow up. Weird that they didn't mention this when I was there. So I wrote the email and at first I was asked when I had this problem, confirming the fact that noone was aware of it. So I gave the details and they disappeared again. Three days later I write them again and their reply is "the guardian told me that he was there all the time". So I explained the problem again, even sending them the receipt of the other hotel I had to pay at 3.30am, and the reply was "there is not enough proof for me to authorize any kind of refund". And that was it. The fact that I had to go around at 3am to pay for an accommodation that I already payed to them is clearly not enough to put any doubt on the "guardian word". Conclusion: stay away from them, they just don't care at all about the service they give you - as long as they get your money it doesn't matter.

Excellent location for getting around, comfortable hotel, clean rooms and very friendly staff willing to provide information. Metro within walking distance to quickly move to places of interest. We will definitely be back.
