This place is a total scam. As photos below, I booked a room with a bathroom. When I got there, they gave me one without bathroom or toilet. I showed them my record here and argued with them for half an hour. They just said they don’t have such rooms anymore and showed me a false record that I booked a Eco room (without bathroom) which was not true. Also, they don’t provide anything that a hotel normally provides.. Not recommend at all. Terrible experience here.

It is very close to the TOLBIAC subway station, but the facilities are old and there is no elevator. It is very inconvenient to have large luggage. The door key must be returned to the front desk every time you leave the store. The sound insulation of the room is not good. There are often people walking around in the public toilet in the corridor. The ceiling of the bathroom There was a water leak, and the downstairs bathroom was wading when the shower was upstairs.

This is my second time staying here. It is close to the subway station and shops, as well as Chinatown and Chinese supermarkets.

I almost wanted to give this hotel a 2.5, but it felt a bit harsh Staff: Firstly, the staff here are all fantatic, friendly and they were great Location: quite close to metro located in china town Rooms: Very simple, basic but clean nonethless. Unfortunately the biggest drawback of this hotel is the toilet and shower are communal. What made it worse was 3 of the 4 levels showers the doors would not lock! Whilst the showers and toilets are tiny. Housekeeping: Surprisingly did an excellent job, went over and beyond Also, there is no lift/escalator so if you are on the top floor you need to carry your luggage up 3/4 flights of stairs Reception: Manned 24 hours and made checkin/out very easy I paid 46€ per night which made the hotel decent value for the price A rennovation is badly needed however, not sure if you could install a lift, let alone a toilet/shower in each room

The room was a good size with two beds one full size and the other one twin size. The heaters were slightly on the room was really cold one needed to put hand right next to the heater to really feel the Herat. The bathroom is extremely tiny only one person is able to fit there and hardly any space to move. The heater in the bathroom was not working so therefore walking into the bathroom was like walking inside a big fridge. The water have to be turned on for quite a while to get it really hot. The shower cap was very useful and good stream of water. There was a door that would open to the front and it didn’t close completely so the cold would get inside the bathroom one can feel the chilly cold air from the outside. Extremely cold. The breakfast buffet is about 8.00 per person and you need to prepay it in advance. They get fresh croissants every morning orange juice, milk, yogurt, dry cereal, coffe, yea, hot cocoa, it was very simple breakfast, but very delightful. The setting was a small lobby area with tv on to keep you updated. In summary is a good place to stay at a reasonable price. There was also a lot of maintenance being going on. Also there’s no regular plugs in the outlets to charge cell phones. You must get a special device to plug in the wall and be able to charge cells.

The quality of the hotel is somewhat equivalent to what is expected of such a cheap hotel :) There seemed to be a lot of nice restaurants to explore in the area, and the hotel was close to public transport facilities. However, upon immediate examination during our arrival, we found bed bugs. We asked to see another room, but this one was also infested. Because of this, we decided we could not stay at Tolbiac. Our concern was that the hotel took little precaution, as they were not aware of the problem themselves. This was an unfortunate experience.

Rooms are located in a very old building with 4 floors at least, without lift. Rooms are noisy, with a strong smell of fresh paint (painting was in progress) and I found a biscuit packaging on the floor. Only one electrical socket in the room, and more critical, the switch socket was hanging out of the wall. Bathroom was ridiculously small, poorly lit, and washbasin was broken.

Stayed 3 nights. Found Bedbugs. They moved our room and said it was steam machine cleaned to remove. The old room only had sheets replaced. Very very friendly staff, but clearly not taking care of the problem. Went straight to the laundromat after checking out.

First of all, there is no elevator, so get prepared to climb 5th floor with your suitcase. The room smelled cigarettes, the bed cover was covered with holes, the bed itself was broken(!!!!) (see photos), Wifi did not work at night, in the toilet the brush was covered with human fecals and excrements, the heating almost did not work. After a night on a skewed bed with one leg broken, I moved to another hotel. Yes, the location is good and the price is not so expensive, but this place us beyong any lowest criteria. Avoid it as much as you can! Watch the photos!
