AMAZING experience in Europe. I’d say the best hotel in Paris. The room decorations were also very French, and all staffs were very kind and helpful. I would come back the next time when I am in Paris.

Good but too expensive

I have stayed here many times and will continue to choose this hotel. The service is very good and the breakfast is also great I booked it on Ctrip for one day and then stayed in the hotel for three days I stayed there for four consecutive nights. It is very close to the Hermès Fubao store It is the first choice for buying Hermès

The room size is OK Environment: The hotel environment is good and the decoration is beautiful Hygiene: No problem. Facilities: The fitness room is relatively small and the fitness equipment is not enough. But the hotel has a swimming pool, which is rare in similar hotels. Service: No problem. 

The order is different from my order. I ordered 3 and paid for three. But the hotel order shows a one-person order. Give me back the standard room. Who changed the order drill spread? A bed of 1.5 meters is obviously 1.8 meters. My child is 1.5 meters, does he widen by himself? Open your eyes and talk nonsense. It was agreed to have a sofa bed and it turned out to be a sofa. Who are you cheating on? It is very clear who trip is not acknowledging the problem. Standard rooms are sold as executive rooms. Do not stay in this hotel again. Too deceitful. Marriott is still much better. Big and good breakfast.

Excellent hotel for a short stay in Paris

This is a lovely small boutique hotel that is well located in Paris. We stayed for 5 nights during the Olympics and while the cost was very high and would never pay this at any other time, it was a great stay. As this is a small hotel and the rooms are variable, we had some significant issues with 2 of the rooms (location and lock issue and bathroom flooding). The management was quick to rectify and throughout the stay were interested in our satisfaction and very friendly and it felt very homey and welcoming. The location is great for shopping and strolling and lot of options for cafes and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was great and service also lovely. Beds were comfy and aircon fantastic for a hot July holiday.

I wouldn't say that it is a five star hotel. When you check in , there is noone to take your luggage at the entrance. The rooms are nicely decorated in modern touches. The breakfast is nice. Hotel is located 3 minutes walk to Saint Honore , so it is great location if you are going for a shopping trip

Very dissappointed by their customer service... It is is 5 star hotel that wouldnt except dollars as a deposit. We live in a 21st century!!! i was a returning customer for years now. Stayed like few days and had to extend a room but they wouldnt accept it. Trust issues? not coming back again... you guys lost a very good client.

It’s a wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Paris. A jewel where the team is amazing and where the rooms are beautiful. Not pretentious but really elegant. The service is outstanding, the food is great, the room service excellent and fast. The concierge desk is the best. I highly recommend this hotel which I visit five to six time a year.

I really had worst experience in my life staying this hotel. They haven't refund my deposit. I asked to refund and they had agreed to release my deposit a month ago..... yet still my money hasn't backed. I contacted with them and now they started to say "we don't find any record of charge for deposit" "If you are saying you paid the deposit, show me the receipt."
The amount of deposit is not cheap more than 2,500 euro..... Is this how Five Star hotel treats the customer??

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very attentive. The location is very convenient to some of the best luxury brand flagship stores and restaurants. Famous landmarks are within walking distance or a brief taxi/Uber ride. The concierge, Guillaume Collin is wonderful. He is Parisian and will assist with navigating a more “local” feel for your visit and will make sure you allocate your time effectively so you’ll have reasonable expectations and the best experiences. I highly recommend this hotel and spa.
