The size of the room for 3 people is okay, but the hygiene is not good. There are no screens on the windows. The air is not circulating and I dare not open the windows. I really liked the hotel. The room is spacious and very clean. The location is perfect, with many café shops, a few grocery stores, many small restaurants, and bars. Metro stop is around the corner, convenient to get around. The manager of the hotel is so kind and friendly. The room rate is very reasonable. Highly recommended. I will stay there again in the future.

I was looking for a basic accommodation in Paris that would fit into my budget for a weekend stay. I didn't want anything fancy, just a safe and clean space where I can take a shower and get some sleep at night after a long day of walking. This place provided exactly that and thanks to the generosity and kindness of the staff I received good advise on how to get around and even had a free breakfast on one morning, which was a lovely surprise. I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a simple lodging, in a convenient location with metro access. The breakfast consists of a French baguette with butter and jam, accompanied by a hot drink (coffee, tea or chocolate). That's the most typical French breakfast and a great way to start exploring Paris. The hotel has 4 floors but no elevator, only a spiral staircase, so good to keep in mind if you have big luggage or troubles walking up stairs. The hotel is also an older building so bring earplugs to ensure sounds won't bother you (I am not bothered by sounds so I didn't mind).

Hôtel simple, mais un accueil chaleureux, tant à l’arrivée, le monsieur de la réception m’a gentiment monté ma valise jusqu’au 2ème étage. Chambre spacieuse et propre, juste un peu bruyante car donnant sur le boulevard. Petit déjeuner offert, et le monsieur du matin a été adorable, car j’étais en avance d’une 1/2 heure sur l’heure de service. Mais il est aussitôt parti me chercher du pain. Et le quartier est très vivant, bien desservi par les transports, avec de nombreux bars et restaurants. Bref merci pour tout.
