The room is really too small! Too small, expensive, small, and you can't change rooms! The overall environment is depressing!

Service was excellent, esp. reception Eliot and the door men. Willing to help client in many ways.
Location is 7 minutes walk from the opera house. You can also walk to the museum.
The swimming pool can only be used by people over 16 years old, the age can be lowered a little.

Every time I choose a hotel near Galeries Lafayette. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, newly renovated, a few minutes walk from Galeries Lafayette. The front desk is all handsome and beautiful, and the service is in place. The room is bright, clean and comfortable, I really don't like the dim lighting in some hotels in Paris. I like their outdoor restaurant, it should be Japanese style, it's amazing. Of course the hotel price is not cheap hahaha

I was completely stunned by this hotel. The parking fee charged me more than 200 euros, which may be the most expensive parking fee in my life. My car was valet parking, the car was scratched by the valet parking person, I didn't find it at the time, and he didn't tell me. I went back to Switzerland and lost 1000 Swiss francs to the car rental company. When I just checked into the hotel, I was first led to a very broken room. It wasn't that the deluxe room I booked had a completely different picture. I raised an objection, and the waiter told me that it was almost the same. The same room as in the picture, but much newer. I think they may have done it on purpose. Oh, I do not recommend choosing this hotel. There are so many good hotels in Paris, this one is not cheap, there is no need to have it.

Attentive, gracious, generous and great follow through. The amenities and snacks in the lobby and room were excellent and free. Two things for us were limitations. Space for clothing (we were traveling for several weeks and there was not much room for clothes so we had to step around our suitcases, and limited hours and options for room service. I think this boutique hotel would be amazing for most couples, business, friends and solo. Less so for families bc of the space and limited menu options and times of day meal service was available. Overall, we were impressed!

This is a very nice high quality property. Our only disappointment was that we reserved an upgraded room yet we were given a room with a very small window nothing at all like the photos of the room on their website. It appeared that of the 51 rooms there were only a very few with a small window in a dormer. The desk person merely said we had the correct room and offered no other solution.

My husband and I loved this hotel! The staff is friendly, breakfast is out of this world amazing, location is great, and the rooms are comfy and clean! The only downside to the room would be the lack of space for luggage. This property also has a nice pool area, and sauna.

This hotel has an excellent location in the 8th - close to shops, restaurants and multiple forms of public transportation. The staff were professional, and my room (deluxe room) was spacious with excellent amenities and a beautiful view of the courtyard. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. My stay was perfect from the moment I checked in until my departure. I will definitely return.

This is my 3rd stay in the hotel. And the 1st time when I decided to have breakfast in the hotel. This was a pure disappointment. 1. Price. 36 euros or a la carte. The 36 euros breakfast looked too strange: lots of pastry and sweet staff. So we decided to order from the menu. 2. we were offered orange juice, we agreed. Later we figured out that for 2 glasses we paid 16 euros... 16. for 2 glasses :( The coffee machine in the room was broken :( But apart from that, the staff is great and friendly. It was great to see familiar faces :)

Even before I arrived at the hotel, the staff was promot in reaching out to me via email to confirm my requests and requirements during my stay. This level of attention to detail was greatly appreciated and made me feel valued as a guest. In addition, The concierge service at the hotel was exceptional. They contacted me in advance to offer their assistance in booking restaurant reservations and organizing trips during my stayed. Their knowledge of the local area and recommendations were invaluable in helping me make the most of my time during vacation in Paris. One of the standout features of the hotel was its location. It was conveniently situated near many of the city's famous attractions and shops. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore and enjoy everything that Paris has to offer. Whether I wanted to visit iconic landmarks or indulge in some retail therapy, everything was within close proximity to the hotel.
