Novotel Paris 20 Belleville Reviews

Great room on Paris, simple and yet have everything we needed. Spacious and clean. Shower has great water jet, huge TV screen, seems 55" or 65"...space for 2 desks.. Has window, nice cafe downstairs. Metro Couronnes is just 3 mins walk from hotel entrance, 2-3 supermarkets nearby, many more bistro and cafe nearby. Buses 20 & 96 go direct to Opera and Montparnasse.. We are returned guests the last 3 times, services and conditions of hotel are still good.

Aircond was not cold. And keep cutting off after 4-5 hours

USB wire was broken by staff when cleansing the room. Manager Sarah was informed but no further notice up to now.

The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood which is very connected to central Paris. The metro station Couronnes is right in front of the hotel and another metro station Belleville (which is a junction) is about 5 minutes walking. The street is lined with restaurants and cafes, and the place is bubbling with activity. We really liked coming back after long days of travel. The room was reasonably sized and we used the various cupboards and drawers to organize our stuff for the 5 day stay at the hotel. Room cleaning was available daily unless denied by the guest. Overall, it was a great place, and I would absolutely go back to stay there.

Excellent hotel and good service.

A rare jewel in a cool neighbourhood. For a Parisian hotel, it had large and modern rooms; a good 4 star with great value all around. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms was modernly decorated and very clean. Quiet too! The neighbourhood is very eclectic and multicultural. Very trendy and very local restaurants and bars all over. Straight line to Hôtel de Ville in 7 mins. Highly recommend it!!

The hotel is located near the subway station and has convenient transportation. The facilities in the hotel are also well maintained. The breakfast is simple and not very selective, but it is enough for general needs. However, the security situation in District 20 is not very good, so you may need to pay more attention when entering and exiting.

It is estimated that the hotel is located in a slum area. The streets are full of unclean clothes and drunk people, which makes people feel unsafe. The road in the hotel parking lot is very narrow. I drive in Hong Kong every day and often go in and out of small parking lots and their parking spaces. All have difficulties; the hotel says it has air conditioning, but it means there is no air conditioning. The wind is very light and it is not cold at all. The most annoying thing is that the so-called air conditioning turns off itself every two or three hours. There is no ventilation and it is hot in the middle of the night. After waking up, I manually turn it on. I have to wake up from the heat and turn it on three times in one night.

The location is quite convenient, with the subway station right at the door. Be careful if you walk alone at night. The hotel's hygiene is okay and the breakfast is average.

The hotel does not match the price. There are no dishes in the room. Only paper cups. There are no spoons - only chopsticks. Only the bed is made. The floor is not washed or cleaned. The location near the metro is good. The area is not very good - there are a lot of poor people and homeless people. Drug *******. Colored. There are no good restaurants or cafes nearby. Only cheap eateries. I would not go to Novotel Belleville a second time. Badly.

It is more convenient to travel next to the subway entrance. The sanitary environment is not bad. The location is relatively quiet. The hotel is relatively new. The interior configuration of the room is simple and clear. It is a relatively regular hotel all day long. It is much better than some so-called hotels that have been renovated from old houses. .
