Small rooms but centrally located. There is a bar downstairs so expect some noise till around 10pm. The reception was also quite friendly and respectful as we were greeted on daily basis. Excellent service and will definitely come back again.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, all the shopping and food area are nearby also a safe area to walk around even at night. Will choose it again next time come to Paris!

This newly renovated hotel was very beautiful! It had the atmosphere of a Parisian apartment and was very cute, and the bathroom was also clean. The only downside was that the floor got soaked after taking a shower. The reception staff were very kind. Apparently coffee is free anytime you ask! It's so cute, I highly recommend it for women!

The soundproofing of this hotel is very poor. I was woken up by people returning to the hotel and children crying in the middle of the night every day. I was woken up by children crying for half an hour at around 6 o'clock in the morning. I went to communicate with the front desk to see if I could coordinate and see what was going on. The front desk told me that no one had registered to bring children to stay, so there could be no sound of children crying. If you have any questions, we can change your room! I would like to ask, I was woken up early in the morning and wanted you to coordinate. You told me to change the room. Your front desk staff ****, if it is true that you did not register the children's check-in, then how many times I was woken up by the children, where did the children's crying come from, was it **? I saw some comments saying that your Feng Shui is not good and the layout is not good. I think it must be true. Otherwise, how could I be woken up by the children several times in a row, but you said that there is no such person. It is really scary to think about it. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. The sound insulation is poor, the hotel layout is strange, and the way the hotel staff handles it is overwhelming. The bathroom is very small. I am a 45kg girl taking a shower in it. I was so cramped that I slipped, my knees were bruised, and my cheeks were red and swollen after hitting the bathroom door handle. The cost performance is very poor! ! ! The hotel is in a great location, just five minutes to Galeries Lafayette or Printemps. The staff is friendly and helpful The bed is soft and comfortable, and the shower has a big water flow The room is small, but that's the case for most European hotels

The location of the hotel is very good. It is only two or three minutes away from the nearest subway station, so traveling is very convenient. The hotel service is very good, the room is cleaned carefully and exceeds expectations. The reception at the front desk is warm and friendly to Chinese people.

I stayed for 3 nights on my honeymoon. Since it was my first trip to Paris, I chose this hotel, which was clean and easily accessible from the Roissy bus stop. At the time of check-in, it appeared that the reservation had not been made due to a mistake between Trip.com and the hotel, but the hotel staff were kind enough to accommodate me and I was able to stay safely. (Later, we also received an apology from Trip.com.) The hotel itself is clean and the rooms are a little small, but I think they have enough facilities for a overnight stay. The water area is also beautiful. There is a restaurant on the lower floor of the hotel, and there were quite a few customers on the weekends, so it was a great success, so I guess it's not really a hotel for tourists...! However, I think it's perfect as a stylish hotel with a good location. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
