Great value for money, top cleanliness, very good location for a weekend in Paris

I liked it, we stayed there for 3 days and we were well looked after.

Pleasant stay

It's a little far from the center of Paris, but you can get there by bus. I wanted to avoid traveling late at night or early in the morning.

I stayed here for three nights in January 2025. If you are used to traveling, this is a hotel that you can stay at without any problems. I am satisfied with the reasonable price! If it is your first time traveling abroad, you may feel that it is not enough for a Japanese business hotel. [Reception] I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but I was welcomed. I paid the accommodation tax when I checked in. The door was password-locked and they printed out a paper with the password. I managed to get by with my poor English. There was no need to check out. [Size] One suitcase can be spread out widely, but a second one is a bit difficult. When the suitcase is spread out, it is difficult to open the door to the bathroom. The size of the bed is fine for two adults of average Japanese build. There were no bedbugs and it was comfortable. [Noise] There is a hospital nearby, so you can hear ambulances frequently. The door didn't seem to be that thick, and while I was in the bathroom, I could hear the sound of water running in other rooms, but I didn't notice any noise from other rooms. [Temperature] The heating was at a comfortable temperature and the room didn't feel too dry. If you leave the door open after using the bathroom, the humidity will stay higher. The temperature in Paris in January was often a little warmer than in Japan. [Water facilities] The toilet, shower, and sink are all in one place. The toilet paper was soft. There was no toilet paper holder, so I hung it on the door knob. The shower water pressure is not strong, but it's usable. It can get hot suddenly, so it's fine as long as you're careful. The sink's drainage was weak, and it wouldn't flush unless you washed your hands after using the toilet. It's recommended that you use water in the shower room. [Amenities] There were bath towels, toilet paper, WiFi, an outlet, and a USB outlet. The WiFi speed was reasonably fast and easy to use. There were no hangers, so I hung my coat on the hangers I brought with me. There were no hair dryers, toothbrushes, slippers, etc. I was traveling assuming that these things wouldn't be there, so it wasn't a problem. [Location] There was a vending machine in the hotel where you could buy snacks, but no water. There is no supermarket nearby. There are nice bakeries and cafe bars. I couldn't find an elevator or escalator at the nearest station, so it was difficult to carry my luggage. Also, it is a little far from the main tourist sites in Paris. It was within walking distance of the Sacré-Coeur. It was a somewhat unsafe area, but it was great to be able to stay at such a good price in expensive France!

Still satisfied despite a problem with a double online booking due to a computer failure that was completely beyond my control and particularly long and difficult to resolve. Facilities, staff and cleanliness have always been the same for over 4 years that I have been going there regularly. However, the lunch has been a little brief since its price increase.
