Very comfortable bed! Great service, the staff is really nice and professional. Good location, especially if you need to go to the Montparnasse train station.

Nice hotel located in a relatively safe district! Wonderful breakfast and service. Suitable for 2-person travelers.

We stayed in Bob hotel for 4 nights, and we really enjoyed the stay here even though the room is considered small but hey is paris, so i guess it is how it is for a boutique hotel. The room is clean and come with a cute tiny balcony (without chair/table) but just for you to stand there and enjoy the city view. The breakfast is considered good with quite some variety for a boutique hotel, though everyday is quite similar but we still enjoy the breakfast here as it is tasty. Croissant is hot and you go get some hot food, though majority are cold cut, cheese, yogurt. is those quite standard and can be expected European breakfast (not like the typical hotel in Asia you get a lot more variety with the price you paid). I love they have the orange juice machine to made yourself a fresh cup of orange juice, its a lot better to have fresh vs the packed juice. They also have the steam bath room at the basement which you will need to make an appointment or reservation to use for 1 hour. Though the bath room is not really hot enough, but we do enjoy some time there as well. just a bonus to add for a boutique hotel. Location wise, it is pretty convenient just like less than 200m from Metro station, though its not close to the paris attraction, but you can get to almost everywhere in metro in 20-30 min times. for us its no problem.

About 2 minutes walk from the Pernety Metro station. The room is clean and provided with towels, bathrobe and slippers too. One negative point of the room is the toilet sinkhole keep making noises which can be annoying at night. My room comes with the balcony and it is very nice to take pictures with the scene of Paris street as the background. Some lovely cafes and eateries surrounding the area too. For Chinese tourist, there is a Chinese restaurant within a close proximity, the food is nice and very reasonable priced.

I had to stay locally in this particular area. Super convenient as there are loads of shops/cafes close by. The metro station is only around the corner. Perfect

I can’t believe this hotel was so good. It is located exactly near a metro station, very convenient location. The receptionists were super friendly and helpful. For the room, it was very very clean and comfortable. They even provided Rituals’ shower products in the bathroom. This hotel also has a lot of facilities like mini bar and spa centre. I went to the sauna and it was so good. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I go to Paris next time!

The room is spacious, clean, and the bedding is comfortable. Although the elevator is small, the room is definitely cost-effective. The Turkish bath is a steam sauna. You can use it alone for free for one hour if you make a reservation in advance. The hotel is very close to the subway station, with restaurants, supermarkets, and medicine nearby. There are many cosmetics shops and the security is very good. Breakfast with hotel is 7 euros per person. It is very convenient to go shopping at tourist attractions. It is 50 meters away from the M13 subway station. The room is equipped with a kettle, coffee and tea bags, and a safe.

Good location 200m from metro. Quiet area with restaurants and cafes near the hotel. The Bob room overlooking the courtyard is a nice size for 2 people. The bottle of water in the room is a nice touch. Rituals care products in the bathroom. The breakfast was varied but hot side, limited choice and the scrambled eggs were burnt. The staff was warm and very friendly.
