From the minute of arriving it was a great experience. The staff are so welcoming and go out of their way to help you. The cleanliness is to a high standard. Yes our room wasn't ready but we were made feel welcome to have a coffee or tea while waiting. The staff are very friendly and always made sure we were okay during our stay. They cleaners had the room cleaned daily and rubbish took out and fresh towels everyday. It's very quiet where you could get a good night sleep. And a nice sized breakfast for the next morning. It's just a bit of a walk to the main tourist attractions hut we loved it. You get to explore more while walking.

Durante nossa estadia no hotel Le Katorze, tivemos uma experiência extremamente desagradável, começando pelo funcionário que realizou nosso check-in. Desde o início, ele demonstrou falta de cordialidade e não forneceu as informações mínimas sobre as instalações e os serviços do hotel, o que nos deixou bastante desconfortáveis. O problema se agravou quando minha esposa sofreu uma queda ao acessar o box do banheiro. O piso era extremamente escorregadio e não havia nenhum tipo de proteção, como um tapete antiderrapante, algo essencial para garantir a segurança dos hóspedes. Para piorar, o hotel não possuía um kit de primeiros socorros ou sequer gelo, o que é inaceitável em situações como essa. A ausência de medidas de segurança adequadas e a incapacidade de lidar com emergências demonstra uma grave negligência com o bem-estar dos clientes. Essa situação nos causou grande frustração e preocupação, deixando uma impressão muito negativa sobre o hotel.

Traveling 2 days a week in Paris, I saw this hotel on my professional website. 4 stars, An attractive price, a good location and beautiful photos, I decided to book adding that I wanted to be on the courtyard side, a large bed and far from the elevator. The reality is quite different: tiny room and very dirty bathroom (multiple hairs on the white tiles and a clogged sink). None of my requests were respected. When leaving for dinner, I reported it and I was told that tomorrow the necessary would be done to make the room clean. The next day the same dirt, nothing was done. I reported it again at Check out and I was told "sorry" ..... Finally to convince you, the breakfast is just bad, only frozen food and the air conditioning does not work. In short, move on, it really is shameful and to say that they have 4 stars ...

I made a booking at this hotel for 7 nights during the Paris Olympics for a great rate that I found online. Unfortunately they cancelled on me and then I saw the same room type available for $1500 more for the same dates and it is still available to this day. I would not trust them to honor your reservation because they can easily cancel it to make more money if they think they can get a better rate.
