The bedding is very clean. The breakfast has a wide variety of items and is delicious. Very satisfactory accommodation

Due to rush booking, I chose a hotel with a convenient location. But the hotel randomly arranged the 2nd floor, and the door is full of dust... The safe is also locked and cannot be used. The only consolation is that the hotel's buffet breakfast is cost-effective.

Very nice hotel and very close to the St. Honore shopping center and Laffayet Gallery, there are Asian restaurants. The rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly, I can leave my Luggage before checking in. A really extraordinary hotel... I will come back here again. And mr. Aries the reception staff, provides the best service

Small and clean hotel with a good service and a great location. Good value for money . Near the Madeleine and shopping area ,the coffee shops and Fauchon. So you can very practically have breakfast in different places everyday. Would recommend it

A decent hotel in the heart of the city, close to all the tourist attractions. the reception staff is very helpful and always at hand to offer help. the room is petit, it was ok for a single occupancy but definitely not for another person. the bathroom is very tiny so after shower you have to dry yourself in the little area between the bathroom and the bed. Keep the windows closed as there is nothing to see from here! Breakfast is limited with only tiny sitting space much better cafes nearby

Everything would have been perfect without staring at the ceiling every night wondering what those beams are for. Our agent booked us a classic double room. Never stayed in a room with beams in a any city hotel we've travelled in Europe except this one. Food, bakery, grocery and pharmacy are very accessible near this hotel.

This hotel is nice and clean. But the rooms are very small - even by European standards (there is about one foot from the bed to the wall and one foot from the bed to the bathroom.) For families, they have what they call connecting rooms. This is not a connecting room like you’d find in America where there is a door inside the rooms to physically connect them. Instead, it is two rooms at the end of the hall and then there is one master door that can be closed off to separate from the rest of the hall. But the two rooms are still completely separate from each other. We have teenagers so it’s fine. I would not want this as connecting rooms with younger children though.

Room I was assigned was very small. It was like a room in a cellar or basement of a building; no windows; felt very uncomfortable. The bathroom that was very small was just next to my bed separated by a sliding door. No extra space to move around that everything was crammed; suitcase, etc.

We arrived on July the 4th in a last minute reservation. Unfortunately my bank refused the transaction at the beginning, and due to that the hotel canceled my reservation. My concern is that even though I solved the problem with my bank and the hotel collected the full amount of my reservation (2540 Euros), The decision to cancel the reservation didn’t change and no refund was done. I feel cheated.

We made a very last minute booking at this hotel, didn't expect much but we were really pleasantly surprised. The location is excellent for getting to a lot of the major sites on foot. The room and bathroom are very compact (tiny) but despite that, the room was very comfortable, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The night receptionist and day receptionist were really friendly and helpful, so nice to be welcomed by friendly staff. The front facing rooms might be a bit noisy during weekdays, as it looks like there is a building site directly opposite the hotel. Would definitely recommend for a short stay with minimum luggage.

The hotel is pleasant, the breakfast is very poor, artificial orange juice. We stayed for 7 nights, on the 2nd night at 1 am the fire alarm went off because they were smoking in a room, the receptionist didn't call the police and didn't know what to do to turn off the alarm, it was really bad! We had to leave the rooms. If it had really been a fire, the carpeted stairs and paper walls, it would have been catastrophic. I will not stay in hotels like this again.

Very disappointing: - Self check-in of the room by QR code too strongly encouraged. - Air conditioning/heating not adjustable (the air in the room seemed stale). - Plastic mugs. - Television offset from the bed (a swivel TV support would have been welcome). - Clean black stone sink, but whitened by wear. - Missing a hand towel holder as well as the shower outlet. - Shower ceiling light not working. - Missing a part on the shower head. Positive points (fortunately): - Location. - The decor of the rooms is pretty. - The cleaning is well done. - The welcome is pleasant. - Comfortable bedding. Really not up to the standard of a 4 star at €250 per night.

I booked a luxury room with terrace. Got room 603 on top floor. Room was not clean. Still waste from previous customer. There was a musty smell of damp. On the 2nd day there was a dirty rag from cleaning in the bathroom. Breakfast is in the basement. Fruit basket had overripe apples and partly brown bananas. The second morning around 10:15 am the buffet was no longer replenished. No more fresh scrambled eggs... Service, for example before a taxi, also turned out to be difficult. A taxi came which turned out not to be a taxi. Waited for another one. This refused to turn on the counter and charged €45 to Gare du Nord. Normally this is about €20. Taxi driver said that was an arrangement with the hotel. At more than €320/night there are much better options.
