Pros: The hotel has a charming atmosphere, and I had a pleasant stay in general. I stayed in a room with a lovely street view, though the room itself was a bit on the smaller side.

Cons: it took them several weeks for them to send me over the city tax invoice.

Great little hotel near Gare du Nord. Perfect location for visiting Paris. Small rooms, very well decorated. Good breakfast, till 12:00. I will certainly book this again next time in Paris.

The location is very good, the price is not very expensive, there are many Chinese restaurants and milk tea shops around, the room is very clean, there is a private bathroom, and the scent of the body wash is not bad. But the sound insulation and breakfast are average.

Très bel hôtel tout confort et bien rénové, la chambre n'est pas très grande mais c'est pas grave car nous n'y étions que pour dormir. Situé pas très loin d'un métro et à 10 min à pied des grands magasins. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de très bonne qualité. Accueil sympathique. Je recommande.

Very nice hotel with all comforts and well renovated, the room is not very big but it does not matter because we were only there to sleep. Located not far from a metro and 10 min walk from department stores. The breakfast is varied and of very good quality. Friendly welcome. I recommend.

I travelled to Paris with my partner for 3 nights and after reading some negative reviews, I was slightly concerned but I'm very happy we chose this hotel as it was perfect!  The hotel is beautiful, clean and new with friendly staff. Everyday when returning back to the room after a hot walk, touring Paris we walked into a clean room with fresh, clean towels - perfect!  The aircon did get turned off at around 9pm but they provide you with a fan which we kept on all day and night and was ok for us. We positioned the fan at the end of the bed. Ideally it would be better for the aircon to remain on.  The hotel breakfast was continental and delicious with plenty of choice. It was fresh and throughout the morning it would get topped up.  The location was great with metro stops in easy walking distance.  My only request would be for the rooms to have a mini fridge, as I like to buy drinks etc from a local shop to stay cool.   I highly recommend and would personally take the negative comments with a pinch of salt!  Thank you  X

(+) - Good location, walking distance to the main attractions - New hotel with clean facilities (the rooms are small but this is per the description) - Decent breakfast (although they tried to charge us for this after first providing it for free)  (-) - NO AIRCONDITIONING - they turn off the AC at night which is terrible as the small rooms get super hot. The hotel provided fans but those were not up to the job. From prior comments this seems to be a structural issue. We were not informed prior to our visit nor at check-in that the AC would not be working. Would not have booked otherwise - Sheets were not cleaned upon request. Requested our bedsheets to be replaced (given the no AC issue) and the staff only made the bed instead of replacing sheets (we had put a light eyepencil marker at the bottom of the sheets to check) - Non-responsive to emails and rude front desk staff. Had emailed the hotel prior to our visit to request parking suggestions, no response.. Some of the front desk staff were uninterested and unwelcoming

At the beginning, we were assigned a room with a lot of smoke and poor lighting. Obviously it is a non-smoking room, but the waiter downstairs said that he was very helpless when there were guests in front of him smoking in the room. Fortunately, we finally changed to a room facing the side street. Water is only for the first day. The water is very slow in the bath. Breakfast is average, not much hot food, basically only bread and warm eggs. The cleaner did not clean the room carefully. The location is not bad. The subway station, Sichuan restaurant, Sacred Heart Church and Galeries Lafayette are all within walking distance.
