The hotel is well located, with several metro stops nearby, in a safe neighbourhood with supermarkets and bars. It is true that the facilities are dated but we were told that they were going to renovate it. We are very happy with the staff, as we had a problem with the reservation through Trip and they were always concerned about helping us to solve it.

The pros: location is handy for exploring and in a nice area. The breakfast was fine and reception/breakfast room modern.
The cons: it looks like the room hasn't been decorated in a long time. Dark lighting, curtains didn't shut properly, wallpaper peeling off and quite concerning cracks and bulges in the ceiling. I asked for an additional pillow for health reasons (only one given per person) and was told I had to wait until the next day. When one was provided, the cleaning staff then removed it the next day and I had to request again. We were on the second floor but the noise insulation wasn't great and noise from the road kept us up quite a lot,so maybe bring earplugs!

Hôtel rénové en excellent état alliant modernité et décoration simple mais soignée. Très calme à seulement 10 min de marche des Galeries Lafayettes. Chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Literie de très bonne qualité. Je recommande très bon rapport qualité prix et pas excessif pour un 4 étoiles.

Great location, beautiful bathroom, nice dark and quiet room, and a quick and friendly check in. I would stay here again, the hotel was everything we needed it to be, with lots of lovely bistros, bars and patisseries near by.

Great stay! The hotel is brand new, extra clean, and with minimalist decoration in the rooms. Breakfast was delicious. The staff is super friendly and with perfect English!
Location is amazing, we could walk to Montmatre and to Louvre.
Wi-fi was the only bad thing, it was slow and I had no access to it on my side of the bed in the room.
