Lovely hotel. I had a very comfortable stay. Staff were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was also lovely. Only thing I would say… I’m useless with understanding other people’s coffee machines. If you could add some instructions that would be excellent! Great stay over all. Thank you

Seriously that’s like THE BEST PART OF MY ENTIRE TRIP!!! THE LOVELIEST PEOPLE IVE EVER MET!!! Very welcoming and caring staff!! Very positive nice and thoughtful people. Amazing clean beautiful rooms, great location. It’s like 100000 out of 10. Mindblown!!! Already told all my friends about it and will never stop recommending them. Love it love it LOVE IT

The room is comfortable and the balcony has a great view. The overall environment of the hotel is beautiful and the service attitude is good. The breakfast is very rich. The hotel is very close to Paris North Station, about 10 minutes walk.

On the day of check-out, the hotel front desk forcibly charged me 3 euros. At first, they said it was tax. I said I paid it when I checked in, and then they said it was extra. I asked what the extra charge was. Finally, he said it was a bottle of water in the room and he had to pay for it. I was in a hurry to catch a flight, so I didn't argue with him. I gave him 3 euros and asked the front desk to issue an invoice. He asked me to contact the platform. I have never stayed in a hotel with such poor service and random charges.

Wanted to stay by gare du nord to get to airport quickly on last day in France! Hotel was away from bustle of train station but close enough to walk w/luggage. Clean comfortable with nice amenities staff superb!

Adorable boutique hotel with kind and attentive staff. The rooms are small but they provide all that you need. There is complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, which was a bonus.

Very warm reception in this small boutique hotel. The room was small but cozy: the claw-foot bathtub quite the highlight. For being located a stone's throw from Gare du Nord train station, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. Breakfast included omelette, smoked salmon, sausages, ham and cheese served in the hotel lobby with elegant cloth napkins and gold-colored silverware... The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The phrase 'small but perfectly formed' could have been invented for Avalon Cosy. While the room was compact, it was immaculate and really well styled. I was in Paris for two nights and it was ideal - a few minutes from Gare du Nord and close to plenty of Metro lines at the mainline station and elsewhere. As it's just off the main boulevard, it's not even noisy either. The staff were so friendly - including getting in touch before arrival to help personalise your stay and offer suggestions for places to eat/drink and stuff to do. Oh, and there's free unlimited Nespresso coffee in reception that you can enjoy day and night.

It’s quiet and friendly and a far cry from the station just minutes away. The rooms are very small, which won’t suit everyone - especially the bathroom / shower single unit so close to the bed, but for the location and price, it’s great. Note also that the lift is tiny too, and there are spiral, stairs, so if you have a lot of luggage it won’t suit. We had a courtyard room, which made for more seclusion and quiet, but this means you loose part of the room to the lift shaft, but we were surprised by how little noise it made.

Room was very small (kinda normal, but worth knowing) and it made getting onto the tiny patio very difficult, requiring gymnastics. the two terrible things about room 52: there is a glass patio door to separate the bathroom, with a curtain (!?) and the shower isn't a shower, just a shower head on a hose that you have to hold. Also, the bathroom patio door installation was super rough, with big gaps around the frame.
