Lovely cinema themed quaint boutique hotel. Although a little small, they sure know how to utilize every space! I arrived late at night but reception was very friendly and even brought me to my room. Staff are really lovely, even offered free good coffee around random time that I was just at living area. My room was just nice for a solo traveler but comfortable. Thank you! 🙏🏽

The hotel is very well located, the bedding is excellent, and the room is nicely decorated and renovated. However, there are a few minor drawbacks for a 4-star hotel. These are small imperfections, nothing dramatic, but they make this hotel feel more like a 3-star. There was no soap in the bathroom sink (I had to bend down in the shower to get some from the dispenser), no cup or glass to put my toothbrush on, and the overall cleanliness wasn't impeccable (a mark on the floor in the entrance was still there after housekeeping). The small towels in the bathroom were removed during room cleaning and not replaced – I called reception to get some, but no one came – they were handed to me when I returned at 11:30 pm. There were no hooks for hanging a coat (the room is quite small, and it would be convenient to have some). The breakfast was adequate, but where were the delicious Parisian croissants? The staff was polite but not very friendly and paid little attention to the guests, even being sarcastic in their remarks. I would like to clarify that all these comments were communicated to the receptionist during the stay.

There is no way this could get 4 stars. Cleaning was done but there was no sign of cleaning. Only changing sheets and trash collection. There was hair and trash on the floor. The room smelled moldy and I couldn't stop coughing when I entered the room. The room was dark and tilted and disgusting. It said there was a minibar but there wasn't. Please don't post false information. Anyway, it was small, dirty and dark.

My first impression was a surprise. Having experienced many hotels in the course of my work, I found myself in an establishment with the decor and ambience of a good class hotel from the 1960's.
